Stuffed tuna on a plate
Sandy W.

Service was very good and my tuna stuffed tomato was surrounded by a huge salad! My chicken orzo soup was very tasty as well! I enjoyed the background music and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

I'm gonna tell you since the new owners took over, the service at this restaurant has gone way downhill. The new "system" that they have implemented takes the waitresses forever to put your order in, and also to get your check and pay for your meal. In my opinion, they should have a dedicated person at the register so the waitresses don't have to individually take care of your checkout process.

I must say that I have been here before, about 4 yrs ago. I stopped coming here because the food went down and just wasn't good. I seen a sign on the building saying that they have a new owner so we decided to give it a try. So glad that we did, I arrived during breakfast and ordered the 2 egg breakfast with Patty sausage. It came with shredded hash browns and toast. My husband ordered the same breakfast except with ham. The staff and our waitress was very friendly and she kept our coffee cups filled. She was helpful as I asked questions about the different foods on the menu. The inside is nice and big with plenty of seating and had lots of parking . The food arrived at our table and it was so much food! I'm not saying how good this restaurant is because the portions are large... the food is just very good! For those of you that tried it in the past but stopped eating here, give it another try!

Albanian Skillet breakfast. Delicious

I've been there yesterday, with my family. Today after having breakfast in other place I have totally decided: if I wanna eat tasty and have a great service, I have to go to Largo restaurant. By the way, Albanian skillet is a top-notch! Highly recommend this place.

If you want to try healthy and delicious pizza, then you are here! Unique dough recipe will not make you fat! Real taste of Italy on the Gulf Coast. I have not met better pizza on the entire coast! My stomach is happy!

I stopped by on a weekday in the afternoon by Uber after exploring the Dali museum. Ambiance (2.5/5): Speakeasy Kava is a hipster/alternative type of spot. No frills. While it was chill during the afternoon, I noticed that they have a stage so it looks like they have live music or performances sometimes. They have some seating at the bar and some tabletop seating. I sat at the bar. You'll see people hanging out and other people on their computers. They have free WiFi. Service (3/5): You order at the counter and then they bring your drink to you. I kept my tab open. It took a little while for me to close my tab because the "baristas" weren't super attentive when I was there. Drinks (3/5): If you've never had kava or kratom, it's an experience. These spots are popular in Florida. They have a variety of flavors. Do some research on kava and kratom if you'd like to learn more about it. I'm not a big fan of the taste but I'm happy I tried it. Good bucket list item. Overall: If you've never tried kava or kratom, Speakeasy Kava is in a prime location in downtown St. Pete. If it's your vibe, stick around and hang out for a while. Or grab your drink to-go.

This is still one of my absolute favorite places in Tampa…read more We always come for the dueling pianos, the performers are all spectacular. They've now changed their system and it is $10 cover, which I think is quite reasonable. We came at 10 PM on a Saturday night, and usually it isn't a cover for ladies after 10 PM, but this happened to be a special night. (It was Latin dance night after and cover increased to $20 at 11 pm) It was still well worth paying $10 for both my husband and me. Especially since the parking garage close by is free. Every song they played for that hour was a banger. They get a ton of requests, so either come earlier and put your request in or be prepared to pay to have your song played. They do try to get to every song and it was quite impressive seeing them fly through the songs of the very end. What really impressed me is one of the pianists learned a couple of songs by listening to them under the staircase and coming back to play it, because he hadn't heard it before. One of those songs was Golden from K-pop Demon hunters, which I absolutely love. I was very impressed that he picked it up so quickly and did a very good job with his limited knowledge of the song. It was a highlight of the night for sure. This place does get busy, but it doesn't feel overly crowded. You may not get a table if you get there late, but there's plenty of standing room and it is easy to get a drink at the bar. I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys sing-along songs, so think songs from the 80s and 90s, and enjoys being part of a fun crowd.
