I also spoke to them several times about them not pressing cloths properly and I have to finish ironing clothes at home. After being shown clothes that were not cleaned properly they are not reimbursing my money and the manager is not returning calls! I recently called to check on the status of cleaning but the women on the phone told me that "she is busy and doesn't have time to check it on the computer" before hanging up on me. Service went down, people that work over there are rude and don't care about loyal customers anymore or quality of service. Clothes are returned dirty and employees do not appear to care about the quality of their work. We have been customers for over 2 years, however we will not do any more business with this company

The blazer showed clear signs of excessive heat being applied during the cleaning or pressing process, including discoloration and two small holes in the sleeve that were not there before I brought it in. What was even more frustrating was the way the situation was handled. The new owner, Mo, did not stand behind the quality of the work or make any meaningful effort to resolve the issue. The customer service was poor and far below what I would expect from a business that relies on trust and repeat customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lakeland Cleaners.
