I explained the situation, and without hesitation, he fit me into his schedule. Not only did he tailor the shirt perfectly, but the result was seamless. You'd never know it had been altered at all--it looked like it came off the rack, made just for me. The quality of the work was that precise. What really stood out, though, was the time we spent talking after I dropped off the shirt. What I thought would be a quick visit turned into hours of great conversation. Shaboy is not just a skilled tailor, but a genuinely kind and thoughtful person who cares about his craft and his clients. The final shirt looked amazing--and most importantly, my fiancée loved how it looked on me. I'll always remember how he helped me look my best for one of the biggest days of my life. I also had detachable sleeves and she messed up the hidden clasps by sewing everything together so it didn't look right anymore when I had them converted back to detachable. When I called to inform her she shrugged me off and down played it saying she can fix it. I was very disappointed because my initial impression of her was very positive. However, when I brought up getting a partial refund because I had to go to someone else to fix her mistakes, she ghosted me. I had to find someone else to fix everything and thankfully she worked miracles. And I almost forgot, when I was finally picking up my dress, I waited about 45 minutes for her to show up to do the exchange...
