The original staffing was sketchy at best and appeared to be people that posed a risk to the safety of others. We were constantly being approached by various people to buy what may have been stolen goods from retail businesses. I gave it a while and slowly but surely, things started to improve. All of the machines are new, operational and are always cleaned repeatedly. The entire facility is constantly being cleaned and maintained for the customers. Mrs. Ann and the rest of the staff are extremely professional and are a joy to interact with. Now the task of doing laundry is a bit more enjoyable. You can clearly see the difference as compared to the early days. Lastly, using the Huebsch app eliminates the need to keep and handle dirty quarters. Most importantly, you are able to earn credit just by using the app. Everyone should take advantage of the benefits that it provides.
