I like the rotation cleaning option that they offer. One room is deep cleaned each visit so that after a period of a few months, each room has had a deep cleaning. They also would cause minor damage and not report it such as torn blinds or ripped rugs. We gave constant feedback and the very last time we had them over, were promised a $25 discount. When I returned home I found they didn't clean our upstairs at all. I quickly reached out and got no reason on why this happened and they took it upon themselves to come back on their schedule that wasn't a convenient time for me. Worse part - they didn't delay at all cashing that check. I paid them for services not received, so they helped themselves to a $40+ tip that was not deserved. She quoted me $100 for two people and two hours of work. When she arrived still most friendly to view my condo and still eager her price went up to $150 after complimenting me on the good condition and décor of the condo. We set a day, which was today for the cleaning. I sent her an email two days prior as a reminder and to please let me know approximate time of day...NO RESPONSE...which I thought odd. By11:00 a.m today, No Norma, No Mexi-Maids. I called with a no answer, so I left a message for her to please let me know whether she was being true to the day she suggested. She never returned my call or came. I guess I'm writing this disappointed with no cleaning, but worse that she was SO unprofessional and worse that I'm extremely surprised at how I was duped and taken for a ride by Mexi-Maids, who obviously are not as they present themselves. I don't care how well they clean if this is even true. What matters most is having someone you can count and someone you can trust to at least keep their word. There is NO excuse for her behavior. I was more than friendly, willing to work with her time and now disenchanted that businesses like this operate. Cleaning residue was left inside and outside my oven, light fixtures and cleaning fans were either not dusted or only halfway dusted, no appliances were wiped down on the outside, no objects were removed when wiping down counters in the kitchen, and some surfaces were not cleaned at all including the coffee bar and the living room floors. This is not what I was expecting for a deep clean. I would not use this service again or recommend them. It was a waste of money.
