I left for a few hours and when I returned, the apartment looked brand new. It looked like I hadn't just lived there for eight years. Their service and compassion were well worth the price, and I will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

We were trying to get a clean between the painters painting and moving in. Painters fell behind schedule and I had to re-schedule Nothing Left Pros. They quickly responded and moved our appointment to July 4th - a holiday! Because they rescheduled and worked the holiday meant we could move in the same day. They did a great job at cleaning and rates were very reasonable. Very professional company and deserving of the 5 star review. Thank you so much for all your help!!!!

I recently dropped my work to part time and I am now only needing cleanings once every 6 months. When I called to reschedule I was told they doubled their price and questioned if I had "other professional cleanings elsewhere in between", when in fact I clean my own home on a regular basis--I just prefer deep cleanings professionally now and then. The person on the phone was short and cut me off a few times. I will never use this place again due to the poor customer service and feeling ripped off.

Cleaning residue was left inside and outside my oven, light fixtures and cleaning fans were either not dusted or only halfway dusted, no appliances were wiped down on the outside, no objects were removed when wiping down counters in the kitchen, and some surfaces were not cleaned at all including the coffee bar and the living room floors. This is not what I was expecting for a deep clean. I would not use this service again or recommend them. It was a waste of money.

By11:00 a.m today, No Norma, No Mexi-Maids. I called with a no answer, so I left a message for her to please let me know whether she was being true to the day she suggested. She never returned my call or came. I guess I'm writing this disappointed with no cleaning, but worse that she was SO unprofessional and worse that I'm extremely surprised at how I was duped and taken for a ride by Mexi-Maids, who obviously are not as they present themselves. I don't care how well they clean if this is even true. What matters most is having someone you can count and someone you can trust to at least keep their word. There is NO excuse for her behavior. I was more than friendly, willing to work with her time and now disenchanted that businesses like this operate. I guess you can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all the people all the time. Actions speak quite loudly, and I'm glad I found out ahead of time what I was about to deal with.
