The owner explained all of this to me and offered to refer me to another company or do a different kind of cleaning treatment that didn't require the truck-mounted machine. He explained the process in detail. He is clearly very knowledgeable and cares about the quality of his work. The owner cleaned the rugs himself. He arrived late, but kept me posted about his ETA and gave me a discount, which I appreciated and thought was very fair.
