Because this was the initial clean, I was charged double, which I was fine with if the job was done correctly -- but it wasn't. When I called to share my disappointment, I was told the cleaner had quit that day and that they'd redo the cleaning. I appreciated the effort, but after the second visit, the same issues remained -- the fans still weren't touched, and there was still shampoo residue in the shower. When I followed up, the operations manager told me my house is "already clean," so I wouldn't notice much difference unless I paid for a deep cleaning. I was also asked to be home next time to point out what I wanted done -- but that defeats the purpose of hiring a cleaning service. I asked to cancel and requested a partial refund since the job was incomplete, but it's been over three days and no one has reached out, even after waiting a week for a manager to contact me. Overall, very disappointing experience -- I ended up cleaning the house myself after paying for a professional service. Poor communication, poor quality, and not worth the money.
