Anyhow, I started having issues w/my roof back in December. My bro got a reference from a friend n called me with the name. I didn't call right away, but eventually did. My contact person ended up being Brent Rainer. From day one of my meet all my worries n concerns got answered as much as possible at that point. Stress relief 1. Now we had to deal w/ Insurance co. ‍. What started as a roof repair by initial review ended up being in the end a total roof replacement. If it had not been for Brent's continued perseverance and keeping me abreast I might've just gave up. Finally after a second review it got approved. Idk bout anyone else or the biz for that matter, I will say however if you need roofing call them. Ask for Brent. He makes the entire process easier n the "roof jargon" between him n insurance co. was classic. . If he doesn't call almost the time he will text.

I've considered Excellent Roofing "my roofing company" since another company failed to get the work…read moredone previously. I've even referred friends to this company. This week I needed this company's service and was told it was a $250 for them to come out -- which I thought was ok because I assumed the $250 would be credited to the final bill. NOPE, the $250 is just additional dollars outside of the final bill. Needless to say, I passed on this company (which I would have def went with their service) but when they charge a $250 fee that isn't applied to the final bill, that's just getting additional revenue. I've used other companies where the "call service fee" is applied to the final bill and always been ok with that. But here -- not the case. Apparently this new $250 service fee that isn't applied to a final bill started in Jan 2022. Not cool Excellent Roofing.
