Update: Brent S, owner of Restoration Roofing ,hired an attorney to communicate to me that RR will not be returning to my property or making any of the repairs that are needed and noted in my 12 page Roofing Inspection Report . The report states His work is substandard , prohibited , and will inevitably lead to leaking and damage to my property.....That is ExactLy what happened RR also sent me an invoice for work that was NEVER even performed . RR was notified of the overcharge twice by certified mail. There has been no reply and no refund. If you too are Senior citizens on a fixed income, you can't afford to do business with Restoration Roofing . This sounds like a simple classic case of FRAUD to me. read more

My mom is in the middle of buying a new roof and had saw some videos that the owner has posted on your tube going over roof colors that match with certain houses. A woman in the video seemed very knowledgeable so she called the company. two ladies helped her and answered all her questions and Amanda even sent her different color roofs they had recently done so she can compare. Thoigh she lives out of their service area and already has someone doing her roof and my mom isn't their customer the ladies in the office didn't hesitate to help my mom and give her lots of good information to help her choose the best color for her! Had several roofing companies give me a quote to replace my roof. Restoration Roofing is the only company that actually got on my roof and recorded their inspection that they show me. I really liked the their show room where they have an actual roof set-up with all the color options; it was easier to select a color rather than try to visualize how the 3 inch samples that the other roofing companies used.
