The season's changed during this time and they were kind enough to let me come and select things from their storage that I needed for winter. Each person that I spoke to was kind and patient. You could tell that they treat each client as if they are the only one they are helping. While I hope I never have a need for them again, I would highly recommend them for any restoration project. The truck was riding the rear of other vehicles sitting only 3 feet away from them. I called to inform them of how reckless their driver was being on a public road. To which their response was "how do you know?"....It why would I call with your company's information and the details of their driving along WITH A TAG NUMBER and not be sure of what I was talking about. To which the lady on the phone responds with "Mmmk we will tell them to slow down". In order to shut me up and get me off the line. The letters and quickly rising bills kept coming. We started with replacing inside things from faucets to toilets....washing machine lines. Nothing worked. So randomly picked a company. So Tankersley Plumbing was the one I went with. Because plumbing can be a hit or miss and you can be pulling for straws trying to find a good company or trying to fix it your self. (So much for that). I called them they came the first day to bring the listening tool to detect area and where it was coming from. Our shade tree plumber had dug out the entire back yard flowerbed and broke up foundation concrete. Ugh. Not it. Not even close to the real problem in the front. Never again. Tankersley was out here in a flash. Made the appointment for repair on Wednesday at 9 and they was her and on time. You know plumbing is expensive. But you want it done correct the first time. Fast forward to October 18, 2018. Had to call another plumbing company to re tube the entire house couldn't find the leak that started back and that was in the thousands as well...

Spent over $24,000 for a kitchen…read moreremodel, which took months for them to complete because of multiple delays in getting materials and workers on site. Worse still, their plumber didn't follow code by overstretching water hoses under the sinks, causing a valve to leak in an under-counter hot water heater. The leak wasn't noticed until a year later when water had flooded the inside cabinet and started leaking onto the hardwood kitchen floor, ruining both the cabinet and part of the floor. Justin, the owner, refused to repair the damage or even return any of my repeated calls. Complaint to Better Business Bureau was denied since 1 year warranty had expired. Ethical contractors don't operate this way, and will stand behind their work.

Designer Wholelsale (Capital Construction) also offered us some flexibility up front by letting us put down a deposit for our granite slab and then starting the project a couple months later. Designer Wholesale had everything we needed for our project (granite counter tops, sinks, etc.) and offered a great selection. Communications with the Project Manager, Owner, etc. was exceptional. We'd even asked for our project to include a few extras which included installing new attic stairs, new faucets, replacing a ceiling fan in a vaulted ceiling, and repairing some loosely-fitting light fixtures. Justin, Wes, Phil, and the others went above and beyond by pointing out a couple of underlying electrical issues (bad boxes and supports) and a leaky garbage disposal which needed to be addressed. Not only were these extras pointed out, but the team fixed them at a very reasonable cost. This company truly is a, "one stop shop" for a homeowner's project/contractor needs. My wife and I will definitely use them again when it's time to do other major home renovations in the future. Great job!
