We've got another project on the books (a shower rebuild and other bathroom repairs), and we will be working with Neading for as long as we are in the area. A few details below for those who want it. Outdoor project was a partial rebuild of the front porch, mostly ceiling and fascia that was rotting and poorly built to begin with. Eric carefully removed the gutter, built a temporary structure to keep it in pristine shape, quickly and expertly rebuilt the front of the porch, including extending the trusses a bit, painted, and re-attached the gutter. Looks fantastic. Indoor project was a kitchen floor installation + shoe molding, laundry room flooring, and some minor repairs here and there. All done expertly and quickly.

Though, when he uninstalled our old water heater…read morefrom the attic, he ripped the trim around the attic opening, which is understandable for an 18 year old water heater that's really heavy. He never told us and I didn't notice it til he walked out my door. Ran and grabbed him for a little bit of an awkward conversation with him hinting as we should fix it ourselves. I told him this had to be fixed as it looked awful. It ripped my trim and my ceiling popcorn off! I just moved here! He sent another guy out who was pretty nice who replaced the trim but didn't fix the ceiling. Said he wasn't happy with the job and he was gonna tell Ray he needed to come back. Followed up with Ray a few times for him ultimately ignoring me. Just wish he didn't leave me hanging and now I gotta fix my own ceiling.
