I wonder why? Second, all of the positive reviews are from business owners; home owners are not a priority to this company. Third, I was led along as he lied about being able to make it out to replace my window unit. I realize that I'm just a lowly homeowner and I'm not that important to him but he didn't have to string me along like help was coming when it really wasn't. His office told me that they would get him to call me back when he stopped answering his phone and he still didn't call back (two afternoons in a row). His office staff even gave me the impression that I was bothering them when I called to inquire about the lack of response to the promise that he and they had made to call me back about service. Fourth, on the day that I finally did call HomeAdvisor.com they had someone call ME to ask about the work that I needed done, they showed up within an hour, and completed the work that needed to be done within 2 hours. Fifth, I was quoted $1,300.00 for a job that was done for about $850.00 ultimately. This guy and his fraudulent business sucks for the little man but is great for businesses.
