Since then, I've had them come out on two occasions. the first was to repair a tree hit and they overcharged and now I am wondering if the work was really ever done. On my last issue, a warranty claim on their roof install, they have lied to me and lied to the shingle company. Their inspector noted that the flashing around the chimney (due to a caulking failure) is leaking and caused drywall and crown moulding damage. The report they gave to the shingle maker for the warranty claim blamed the brick and mortar of the chimney, causing my claim to be closed. My chimney is not leaking and their inspector noted that. They then lied to me when I questioned them stating that the shingle company considered flashing around a chimney to be part of the chimney. The truth Is that they reported the brick and mortar being the issue, not the flashing. I, thankfully, was able to re open the claim because another roofing company verified that the issue was due to the flashing installed by excellent roofing. Excellent has not acted trustworthy with me.

I just wanted to come on to share the best experience one could have with a roofing company…read more In June our home was hit hard enough to cause damage to our roof and interior.  A guy named Kyle White which is the project manager for Bennett Roofing and Restoration was passing by when he saw the tress down on our property and home.  In short, he stopped and asked if he could help.  Kyle was the nicest guy.  After explaining who he was, I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all.  I hired him on the spot.  He explained that our insurance company would cover most if not all of damage.  In two days he had trees removed.  He had three crews: the tree removal, the roofing and interior construction and painting.  Let me say I'm OCD but so was he.  It turns out all three crews have some OCD in them because every job that was done was literally perfect.  The painting was perfection. Kyle was available when I had a question and personally came out to check the work after each phase was completed throughout the entire process.  And, it turned out that he knew more about insurance laws and what they are required to cover than the agent assigned to my claim and got everything covered.  He keeps excellent paper trail and records he goes over with you line by line.  It has taken six months to complete all work due to personal delays, insurance delays and some weather, but finally all done.  We could not be happier with his kindness and detailed service and the same from all of his three crews.  I will recommend this company to do any and all roofing, construction and painting work for someone that wants their repairs done with excellent results.
