When I pulled out the sample they left they argued saying samples vary but then I asked to see sample book and showed them it perfectly matched another sample. They then began to berate me and I caved as my husband was out of town. Every time I drive up to my home now I am disappointed in my self that I let them bully me and in their dishonesty. When I saw a score of 4.9 out of 5.0 for 35 reviews, I felt sure that I would be well taken care of. When he arrived, I asked Lucio if he had time to fix it that day - make 1 visit instead of 2. He agreed, went for repair supplies and was able to take care of our repair the same day. Of course, the final test will come with the next heavy downpour, but I feel sure we'll be okay. Receiving prompt and efficient service - from the initial phone call to the end result - speaks highly of Lucio. I would recommend him if you have need of roof repairs.
