Now we had to deal w/ Insurance co. ‍. What started as a roof repair by initial review ended up being in the end a total roof replacement. If it had not been for Brent's continued perseverance and keeping me abreast I might've just gave up. Finally after a second review it got approved. Idk bout anyone else or the biz for that matter, I will say however if you need roofing call them. Ask for Brent. I called Memphis Roofing and spoke with the owner. He was booked solid for several days out, but was concerned about my situation because more storms were coming that evening. He promised to get me fixed later that day and he did. The person he dispatched went into my attic and found where the hole was. He went to my roof and patched it with metal sheeting. I had some extra roof tiles and he installed them and removed a lot of tree debris from my roof. It rained hard that night and not a drip got in to the house. I believe the costs for the repair was very reasonable as well. I really appreciate their concern , their help, and the results.
