They did a great job at cleaning and rates were very reasonable. Very professional company and deserving of the 5 star review. Thank you so much for all your help!!!!

She went above and beyond anything I would expect of a cleaning service. I definitely recommend her to anyone and will use her services in the future as needed The good thing to know is that with everything she did her price was reasonable and affordable for me as a senior citizen.

We set a day, which was today for the cleaning. I sent her an email two days prior as a reminder and to please let me know approximate time of day...NO RESPONSE...which I thought odd. By11:00 a.m today, No Norma, No Mexi-Maids. I called with a no answer, so I left a message for her to please let me know whether she was being true to the day she suggested. She never returned my call or came. I guess I'm writing this disappointed with no cleaning, but worse that she was SO unprofessional and worse that I'm extremely surprised at how I was duped and taken for a ride by Mexi-Maids, who obviously are not as they present themselves. I don't care how well they clean if this is even true. What matters most is having someone you can count and someone you can trust to at least keep their word. There is NO excuse for her behavior. I was more than friendly, willing to work with her time and now disenchanted that businesses like this operate. I guess you can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all the people all the time. Actions speak quite loudly, and I'm glad I found out ahead of time what I was about to deal with.
