I contacted them several times, only to reach a voicemail and never get a call back. Finally I reached someone and they gave me the run around that my uniforms would be in soon, blah blah blah. I waited almost a month and still didn't have my shirt tops. I called back (through the voicemail jungle once again), and finally reached a manager who refunded me my money. But here I am, still without uniform tops while my work looks at me like I'm stupid. Stay away, go order your stuff on blauer.com instead!

I went with my friends for an intro class to design and create a shirt using vinyl. The lady was…read moresuper nice and paused throughout the class as we used the program on our laptops along with her. Once we started designing she answered all of our questions and helped us create. Everyone was very supportive and it was nice to see other customers and what they were making as well. Once you learn, or know what you are doing, you can buy a day pass and just come in and use their equipment to create. I was very pleased with my shirt.

Purchased a day pass only to not be able to get any of my shirts done and was instructed to come back the next day to possibly be charged for another day pass. Overwhelming is an understatement
