0 Stars Dry Clean Supercenter In 40 years of using a variety of dry cleaners, I have never had one lose any of my clothing. Dry Clean Supercenter in Collierville is the first dry cleaner to lose my clothing. In early May, I dropped off 7 items to be cleaned. About 4 weeks later, I went there to pick them up, but they could only find 4 of the items. They couldn't find a jacket, a pair of pants, and a blouse. All 7 items were on the same ticket. They spent about 3 weeks checking the plant and their 3 other locations. During that time, they never contacted me to tell me their progress or results. I stopped in about once a week to check. They were always checking the plant or had to call the owner. The last time, they said I should provide them with the cost of the items and the owner would decide what to do. I provided the cost of the items a couple of days later. It's been about 4 weeks since then and I've stopped in about once a week to check on the status. The person who had been helping me with the problem is never at the store anymore, but when reached by phone by one of the onsite employees, he says he has to talk to the owner. During all of this time, no one from Dry Clean Supercenter has contacted me. I would not recommend this business for your dry cleaning needs. You may not get your clothes back either and they will probably not make it right. read more

This message is not only for current or future customers, but its for the Owner as well! Several times for the last year, my clothes were returned to me NOT fully clean. I also spoke to them several times about them not pressing cloths properly and I have to finish ironing clothes at home. After being shown clothes that were not cleaned properly they are not reimbursing my money and the manager is not returning calls! I recently called to check on the status of cleaning but the women on the phone told me that "she is busy and doesn't have time to check it on the computer" before hanging up on me. Service went down, people that work over there are rude and don't care about loyal customers anymore or quality of service. Clothes are returned dirty and employees do not appear to care about the quality of their work. We have been customers for over 2 years, however we will not do any more business with this company read more

I brought a high-quality sweater in excellent condition to this dry cleaner. When it was returned, it had been severely shrunk and is now unwearable. The manager has been dismissive and argumentative, repeatedly delaying any resolution, and said the owner--out of town--would contact me, which never happened. Weeks later, I have received no explanation or compensation. Based on this experience, I cannot trust this cleaner with valuable garments read more

If you're going to run a business, make sure you're hiring people who at least know how to greet you with a smile. I have given the Collierville location 3 chances now, and each time I've been, the staff have been incredibly rude and unhelpful. If you're going to employed at a dry cleaners, at least learn the material, and know how to answer the most common of questions. read more

Great staff, great service, always done on time. Very happy with their results. Have had everything from dress shirts to casual clothes along with suits and formal dresses. Always meets or exceeds my expectations. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I have used this business since its inception probably close to 20 years. Under the original ownership same day service was the norm. New owners took over in the last year or so and everything changed to next day. Now I've had 2 experiences where they haven't hit that and it's gone out to 3 days. I should have left after the first time it took 3 days. They had everything I intended to wear for a west coast business trip. These were shirts and pants not curtains and tablecloths. I'm done with them. read more

Workers are refused heat and air! This past winter when I came in it was freezing and I looked over saw the thermostat was 53 degrees and the workers were bundled up in layers of clothing. I asked why it was so cold in there and they said it was because they aren't allowed to have heat. I then came again when it started warming up and the doors were wide open and it was over 80 degrees in there. I asked why it was so hot and they said that they are refused air unless it is over a certain temperature. Not going to keep very many employees if you refuse them heat and air! read more

Arguably the Worst dry cleaner in all of Shelby county. We now Avoid at all costs. Used to be one of the better places in the area. But after the new owners took over awhile back, it has turned into a dumpster fire. read more

PSA - if you use Dry Clean Supercenter in Collierville I would stop going there. I picked up my dry cleaning before my trip to Phoenix hoping to wear my new suit. When I was packing I noticed that there was a hole in the left sleeve. When I called they were very nice and asked if I could bring it back up there so I did. After 3 days with no phone call I called them and they said the owner would be in this morning at 10am. I arrive at 10:03 and the very nice lady up front advised me that the owner, Sammy, nor the manager was in and they did not know when he would be in and they couldn't get my jacket until he got there. I told them I'm not leaving until I speak with him. Miraculously, a manager came out from the back and said he would call the owner. He said the owner will be in shortly. I watched the driveway because there is one way in and one way out and no car entered the driveway but Sammy somehow appeared. I advised him that I worked at a cleaners for years after high school so I know there are ways that this can happen and I'm giving him a chance to make it right. He still refused. When something goes wrong you try to fix it. This guy and his manager were hiding in the back of the store hoping I would just go away. What a coward. I wouldn't have them clean the bottom of my shoes!! Please share this with everyone you have that may go there. read more

I have been doing business with this Dry Cleaning establishment for years. Every time I have dropped off my pants and shirt here before special occasion. The staff has always been readily available to take my clothes and give me a ticket within 5 minutes. By the time I come and pick them up. They've always make sure that my clothes were done to my liking. I like the fact that they have a drive-thru and reasonable pricing because of that and their service I will continue to be coming here for my dry cleaning needs. That and they're only a 5 minute drive away from my house. Be sure to check out the website here and tell a friend. http://drycleansupercentercollierville.com/ read more

I love that they're cheap and close to my home. Pretty much bring all my stuff here.

I stopped going after 15+ years as a customer. For years they did everything right- heavy starch on white uniform shirts. Then it stopped. I was paying for it, but not getting it. I did return 4 shirts to get redone, and they came out right. Next load? Not pressed with starch, even though it was tagged "extra starch" on a green tag on each shirt. They tried to tell me it was pressed correctly. Nope. I asked for a refund and they said they can't do it, the manager would call me. No call yet. Already did a drop off at a new place. Update: spoke with the manager. She wouldn't issue a refund for the shirts. She says they are done correctly. Not at all. They lost me as a customer. read more

We recently moved from Florida to Collierville and needed a cleaners for my husbands work clothes. I also had unfortunately washed and dried a new dry clean only shirt on accident during our transition to Tennessee. This place is fantastic! The young man behind the counter was very efficient and courteous! The clothes were to be ready for pickup the same day after 5, bonus! Extra bonus they fixed my shirt! read more

Their a good and reliable cleaning service, but by no means are they cheap. I do a lot of traveling, like Ive been to damn near every state. I've had very good dry cleaning that's cheap. $5 for a pair of Khakis is not cheap. JS read more

They were willing to make their errors correct, which I appreciate. They stand behind their business.

I love Dry Clean Super Center. It's quick, convenient, drive-thru, with fast friendly service. You just can't beat the prices and they do a great job. read more

Last winter I took a wool long winter coat in and it came out looking as bad as it had been when I left it. I know white dog hair is hard to remove from black wool, but it didn't appear or smell like they had cleaned it. They may have tried to press it, but I couldn't really tell. I was so disappointed. I wasn't going to go back, but I had an emergency cleaning job done for my daughter's formal bride's maid dress and they said they would clean it on site and not have to send it off. I showed them along the hem line the circles of where someone must have walked through wet grass or dew. I pointed out a small oily spot on the front area around the ribs. I asked the young lady if they could get these two areas clean and she said she had to ask someone in the back. This guy comes out and I show him the hem line of the dress and he said, "yeah, no big thing and this was common for long formal dresses because sometimes the grass is wet and it makes the hem look like that." I showed him the oily spot which was no bigger than a dime and once again he assured me, yeah no big deal we can get that out completely. They have always made me pay in advance and I was not given the option to pay when I picked up. When I picked up the dress the first thing I looked at was the hem. There was no change to the water marks. It was as bad as ever. I looked for the oily spot and sure enough it was there too. I made the young lady uncomfortable because I was inspecting the dress. I pointed out to her that they had not cleaned anything out or away as they had assured me they could. She goes into the back and the same man returns all sweaty faced and scowling this time. I showed him the spots and reminded him that he said it was no big deal and he could get the spots out. He denied saying that and went on to say he told me that the hem line probably would never look good again and with oily spots it is almost impossible to remove it from that kind of nylon. I was dumbfounded!!! How could that man stand there and lie to my face like that. I had felt such relief when he said, "yeah sure we can get that out, no problem." I quoted verbatim exactly what he had promised he could do with the dress. It looked like it had only been pressed. I told him this was unacceptable and at that point he became irate with me. It was like a bad dream to have a grown man yelling at me like that and intimidating me by saying that I must have dreamed that conversation because he never makes promises about getting out any stain. I told him I would not set foot in that store again and I would make sure that I told everyone what a horrible job they had done how rude and intimidating he was to me by yelling at me. I cannot believe they can stay in business with such a horrible man talking to his customers like that and making up lies. I have never been treated in such a way in all my life. I never once lost my temper or threatened him in any way. I just questioned why the dress was no better than when I left it and he had most definitely assured me it was no big deal to get the spots out. They may be cheaper than the other stores, but once again I put the blame on myself. You get what you pay for. Oh and when I told him I would never come into his store again he said, "good - get out!" read more

This cleaners used to be good but they ruined several of my items recently and the manager was quite rude when I brought the items back in. I would not recommend them at all for this reason. read more

I like this particular location because they do the cleaning in the same store. They actually have the equipment and people in back. The prices are reasonable, and it's pretty convenient as well. My clothes come back clean, and we've had them do drapes as well. read more

Excellent drive through service with cheerful employees. Owner is especially friendly and always moves the line quickly. They offer same and next day service and will handle large items such as our down comforter and specialty items like our holiday linens. I've tried other drive through cleaners and this spot is the best. Prices are very reasonable. Only drawback is that they do not offer folded boxes dress shirts for travel. read more

Never any problems. Owner is really nice as are the employees. Very good experience every time I've gone. Clothes always come out better than most dry cleaners! read more

My middle school daughter informed that she had red lipstick on the white sleeve of her dance uniform. Of course, this was the day before her competition. I took the dress to the store and explained I was in a pickle. They immediately went to work on the uniform. I walked out within 10 minutes with a "stain free" dress. You are the best! Thank you for taking care of us! read more

Awesome!!!! Customer service. We were in town from TX for a wedding and my wife's Brides Made dress was wrinkled from the 13 hour car ride. I brought the dress in 2 hours before she needed it and figured would have to come back in 2 hours to pick up. Nope, I handed them the dress. They told me just wait a few mins and we will take care of it!!! That was priceless!! read more

My family has taken all of our dry cleaning here for years and had absolutely great service, however, after how we were treated today, I doubt we will ever come back. Yesterday, I dropped off my dry cleaning and chose to pay when I picked it up. I remembered the amount on the receipt, but when I went to pick up my clothes, the woman working told my mother an amount $10 above what the receipt had said yesterday. I accidentally left the original receipt at home, so I thought I was just mistaken, and we paid the higher amount in cash. When we returned home, I checked the receipt as soon as we walked in the house, because I was sure the receipt said a lower amount. Turns out, it was the $10 lower amount like I thought. I showed my mom, and she called to talk to the woman who charged us the higher amount. She was extremely unprofessional and rude, and said she had never said the higher amount and that she had given us back the correct change. This was a complete lie, and she refused to credit our account with the price difference. If she could so easily take advantage of our family, make sure you always have your receipts with you when you are picking up your clothing. Since we paid in cash, there's no record of the transaction, and she is most likely putting the extra money into her own pocket. If this is the case, as we expect it is, then it's likely happening to many people, and this is just one instance where she got caught. We have tried to follow up with the manager, but have not been able to get in contact. Conclusions from this experience: Never pay in cash and always have your receipt with you, or you will be taken advantage of. Congratulations, Dry Clean Super Center. Keep your $10 and lose our family and friends' business. Hope it was worth it. read more

They washed instead of dry cleaned a very expensive jacket of mine and ruined it. I explicitly asked for dry cleaning and not washing. The manager was very nasty and rude to me. Never went back and would recommend against this store. That is definitely not how you handle a mistake with a long term customer. read more

This is the worst dry cleaners I've been to. I took several pieces of my clothing for the first time here I was recommend by a friend. I picked up my cloths on the 5th of December . I took out my sweater I love from zadig and v.. to my horror my sweater was destroyed at this dry cleaners the right sleeve was torn up with several holes all over it .. I couldn't wait to call this place on Monday. I called and the manager said to bring it in to take a look. Thinking he would take care of me and pay for my sweater he said they couldn't have done that here. He even when to the back yelling at the top of his voice did anyone do this to the sweater and comes back saying my folks won't do this. Well let me say I've not be insulted more to take a torn up sweater here and then called a fool to my face by a very unprofessional-man.. I will never venture here again unless I want my cloths ruin and torn up I will make sure all my friends stop using this place. I'm a New Yorker and this is by far the worst customer service I've had ...ever!. Don't use this dry cleaner. read more
