I had a sport coat and pair of pants cleaned and it was some time ago. The pants were still in the cleaner's plastic wrap when I took them out to wear to a funeral. There was a large white spot in the crotch and I tried to wipe it of with a wet rag. It just left a wet looking circle. I took it back to the cleaners for a redo. They said it had been too long even if I just took them out of the bag. The lady said, "Sir, we have a policy." I have a policy, also. I don't trust anyone that doesn't trust me. I always assumed they would be right. Lesson learned. Inspect your clothes when you pick them up and find cleaners that trust you.

She asks if I have cash and I say no, but I just spoke with you and told you I was en route. You never expressed I needed to bring CASH to pay. Because the credit card machine was down it was nothing she could do. She was NOT rude at all, only doing her job. I'm annoyed because the policies set in place are piss poor. She explained the ticket time is not accurate , since I asked her why would my pickup time be closing time? I'm not sure if I will ever come back for this inconvenience.
