If i could give 0 stars i would! I would not recommend this company to anyone. They scam people!…read moreCome to your door and scam. Had a guy come to our door told us we could do a ONE TIME SERVICE!!! He sent a guy out a few days later that was in August. It's September and i'm getting charged for a service we didn't even receive nor asked for. $58.46 we were charged. Called the billing people, Rude guy! Told us we had to pay a $200 cancellation fee!! Like are we joking rn? I'm flabbergasted cause why tf are you trying to charge me a cancellation fee on something i only agreed to ONE TIME SERVICE??? And then charge me for a second service i didn't even receive. SO basically the billing guy told us we had Two options either pay the $200 cancellation fee or set up an appointment for someone to come out and do the service and not get refunded our money! So it's a scam don't agree to the service or sales person. This company is a joke.

I looked for a company to remove and treat the affected issues. I could see two areas when they came out they found one more. We assume it was raccoons not in the attic nor crawl space. First time having this issue but it's been resolved. I am a bit concerned since it rained last night post cleanup and treatment. I'm hopeful it solves the issue and I won't need to address again. There are no pictures post cleanup. I documented photos of what I saw to get an idea if I was calling the right company to handle.

All about the money. Zero integrity…read more Killum Pest Control had no problem billing my credit card month after month--for 95 months--totaling over $6,400--while rarely performing the services I was paying for. No interior treatment since 2019, no bait station service since 2023--but the charges just kept coming. I've been battling cancer since 2022 and even let them know, yet they offered no alternative, no adjustment, no discount--just kept billing like clockwork without delivering the service. What's worse? They recently told me that the bait stations on my property belong to a third party, something they never disclosed when I paid for installation years ago. Now they want to retrieve the stations but still refuse to acknowledge the lack of service or offer any credit for services not rendered. I asked for a resolution. They refused. They are more concerned with equipment and recurring billing than customer care or accountability. Stay far away from this company. DM me if you want more details or if this happened to you too.

We had a rat problem in our garage and contacted Jesus at Bridge Branch Services. He responded…read morequickly, and his pricing was very reasonable. He and Jose set traps, thoroughly inspected the property, and sealed all potential entry points around the garage and the entire house using wire mesh and foam. He also checked the attic and placed traps there as a precaution. After we emptied the garage, he returned to vacuum and disinfect all the affected areas. More recently, when we uncovered another area that needed attention, he promptly came back to clean and disinfect it as well. Jesus is extremely thorough, professional, reliable, and has a wonderful attitude and sense of humor, making an unpleasant situation much easier to deal with. We truly appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. We will definitely continue to use Bridge Branch Services for all of our pest control needs and highly recommend them.
