Cynthia was very informative regarding what can be provided and their different rates offered. They were even able to come in as early as the next day to fix our problem, which was very shocking. The technician, Baylor, was very respectful and helpful in taking care of the nest as well as attending to the rest of the home. He even attended to a wasp I saw in the house during the service. I appreciated how calm he was while I was internally freaking out. I couldn't have asked for a better company, technician, and would recommend them to anyone in need of pest control!

I'm a customer of Banki. The service was acceptable…read more The thing I'm angry about is Banki appears to think it's OK to put illegal bandit signs on the side of the road in my neighborhood, Clear Lake City. The road medians and light poles are not your property. Your signs junk up my neighborhood and lower property values. I remove every Banki sign I see. There are plenty of other bee removal services which follow the law and respect public property.

I highly recommend if you have any issues with rodents, bats etc. to call or text if thats easier for you. He gets back to you pretty quickly and will fit you into his schedule as soon as he can, which I found really accommodating. He also sprays for bug control, and mixes his own solution to have the strongest amount safety which has lasted over two months now with hardly any spiders/ants/ etc. I will be calling him again to come back and spray for the winter, and I highly recommend requesting Jason when calling the office, or his direct cell is 832-829-0131.

The evening of 3/21/2019 I received a call from my tenant located near I-45 and Gulfbank saying…read morethat they had noticed mice/rats inside of the home. The afternoon I called All About Rodents, left a message and received a call back from Jason. After explaining what would be done to arrive at an estimate he said that he could be there between 9:00am and 10:00am this morning 3/22/2019 then we agreed on 9:30am. I was there at 9:30. 10:00 came and I had not heard from him so I called him. He said that he was coming from Galveston and was stuck in traffic on I-45. I asked if he thought he would arrive in about an hour and he said yes so I let my tenant know because she was waiting too. An hour passed and he had not arrived so I called him again. He said that his GPS indicated that it would be another half hour which would be about 11:30. I said OK and again let my tenant know. 11:30 came and went with no Jason and no phone call. I attempted to call him again at approx 11:45 and again at noon. He did not answer his phone. I had to tell my tenant that this person apparently was not coming. I returned to my car and called his office. The manager was very apologetic but that does not erase the fact that Jason lied to me and wasted my time as well as that of my tenant. Jason obviously does not value his job and has no respect for other people and their time. This should not be allowed to happen ever again. Jason should be fired so that he can find a job that he wants to do. Hopefully it will be one where he is not allowed to inconvenience other people again. This was my first time contacting this company and the experience was horrendous. I would never recommend them and suggest that you take your business elsewhere. Those positiive reviews were probably paid for.

Not all carpet cleaning companies are equal. Some use portable carpet cleaning machines (similar…read moreto what can be rented at select grocery stores), others use inferior equipment, and many simply don't know what they're doing. Photo Finish Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning is the exception. They are phenomenal! In college, I cleaned carpets - during the summer - using a truck-mounted steam cleaner. I know what good equipment and service looks like. Portable units are trash, and don't come close to the superior suction of a truck-mounted unit, nor can they generate the heat (approx. 180 degrees Fahrenheit) that is needed to properly steam clean carpets. Steve Brown, owner, demonstrated flexibility by scheduling a same day carpet cleaning appointment for me. He was punctual and did an outstanding job on my berber carpeted stairs. The ability to suction up the excess water, so that you're not left with over-saturated carpet and padding is an art that takes time and experience. Mr. Brown rose to the occasion. This was my first experience with the Company, and the beginning of a long-term customer relationship. I enthusiastically recommend Photo Finish Janitorial. Looking forward to the next appointment: Steam cleaning the carpet in my vehicles.

To owner9/15/26: The floors are brand new they were just installed August 2026. I even sent a copy…read moreof the receipt to you. I only requested the stairs damaged to be replaced. I even updated the post because my floor guy was able to salvage 2 of the 7 stairs. Mind you it's 14 stairs total I just replace along with other items. Which I have since replaced again for the 2nd time out of pocket. Your exact words "I m not paying for something I can do myself". That's fine but I will use the guy that did my floors I don't want you or your team touching anything else in my home. This has been the worst experience with a contractor this far. It's not about the money at this point it's the principle of poor customer service. Mind you this $400 worth of damages. Which again I have re-paid/replaced. The damages your team caused ment more time and money to replace. Your disgusting argumentative nature and tone is noted in your post. Your lack of decorum is further noted for other customers to see. Professionalism is key!
