I visited the front counter and told the receptionist about my referral. After locating my information in their system, she gave me a couple forms to fill out. She was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Once the forms were completed, I waited approximately ten minutes before I was called back by the X-Ray technician. The X-Ray tech was nice, friendly and professional. The X-Rays were completed in about 15 minutes and I was done. A few days later, I called to have my images placed on a DVD for my doctor. The lady on the phone was nice and told me the DVD would be ready the next business day by 8AM. My experience here was pleasant and I would utilize their services again.

I have been plagued by chronic lower & upper intestinal and internal organ pain for @least 7 years now....... & ............ Counting, unfortunately, and that has gone undiagnosed for just as long if not longer in all truthfulness... Today's visit, is all about, confirming whether or not, there is a "Paraesophageal Hernia present in my body". My future surgeon, Dr. Antonio Coirin, MD, whom my Mother & I met earlier in this week, informed me that I did NOT have this type of Hernia, but that he'd like to have just one more diagnostic done and that was a "FLUOROSCOPY & ESOPHAGRAM", performed, outside of his office..... (Clear copy of the actual procedural Doctors order for Precision Imaging downloaded to this Yelp! review. Good News, is that they scheduled it for the very next day however, Mom & I were so exhausted from the round-trip commute to the office, and the disappointing medical news received, because, we don't reside in Modesto and the reality of the situation (was sinking in for us both) which was looking rather grim at least............................................ A little detour here now... I have photo's uploaded to this Yelp! review detailing all that I am journaling here... It just feels more complete & explanatory to me........................... This office is expansive! There are multiple long hallways that were clean and professional as was the flooring in ALL areas of this medical professional office. Nice, attractive & soothing is their choice of coloring on the walls of the hallways; welcoming ..... There is "pride" in ownership, here, and it is welcoming once you get past the "eager" ladies at the front desk............... Changing Rooms for the females (sign on the door lists it as a female-only room. As I was mentioning, this changing room where you may or may not need to remove clothing and don a gown. I had to loose the clothing but was able to keep my shoes and socks on; everything else; had to go. I'd rather keep all my clothing on but understand with "radiological procedures", the need to have ZERO metallic and/or cumbersome items not be copesetic with the diagnostics that are ordered. If your a tad-on-the-cool-side, as in body temperature you may consider wearing some heavy sock and heavy underwear. I wasn't frozen, but I was a bit chilled once the procedures began................................................. So if a male patient is looking for services here you may want to reach out to the office by phone & inquire as to that. In the end, I drank a total of 4 large containers of barium in-order to complete the Esophagram (Defined by the National Cancer Instituge (.gov) as: (ee-SAH-fuh-gram) A series of x-ray pictures of the esophagus taken after a patient drinks a liquid containing barium sulfate (a form of the silver-white metallic element barium). The barium sulfate coats and outlines the inner wall of the esophagus so that it can be seen on the x-ray pictures. & Fluoroscopy (Defined by the CDC, Centers of Disease Control, U.S.A. is: "Fluoroscopy is a medical procedure that makes a real-time video of the movements inside a part of the body by passing x-rays through the body over a period of time. X-rays are a form of ionizing radiation." The radiology staff (2 people) were professional and serious; borderlining nervous. Have clue not 1 as to why they may have potentially nervous, I am a watcher so I pay attention........ And then it was over & done with! Didn't feel nauseated from all the barium and was instructed more than once to drink plenty of water so as to not get constipated from the barium.... So far so good as today it's now 24 hours after-the-fact and besides having pretty painful cramping, diarrhea & lower bowel pain, I feel just fine. I'm being serious, I do ;)....... The parking lot is very spacious with enough empty slots for parking. We are both disabled; me and my Mother, but we didn't see many Disability Parking Slots around. That was disappointing..... I am planning on refreshing with updates this Yelp! Business Review since we have 5-weeks of DAILY Radiation to prepare for & execute to completion..... I would not normally go to the ER when an Urgent Care clinic is open and appropriate for my…read morecondition. In this case, however, I needed to be evaluated because I believed a fish bone was stuck in my throat and I was experiencing pain when swallowing. I want to clarify that I did not mind waiting for four hours. I understood that my condition was not life-threatening and that patients with more urgent needs had to be prioritized. I was triaged in a timely manner, and I saw how hard the nurses were working to care for multiple patients. I truly appreciate their efforts. What I hope management can look into is why my overall stay lasted four hours and whether some of that time could have been avoided. The doctor saw me approximately one hour after triage but was unable to visualize the fish bone. The X-ray also did not show it, although I continued to feel that something was lodged in my throat and had pain with swallowing. After the evaluation, I believe I could have been discharged sooner if my pain medication had been delivered and administered promptly. My room could then have been made available to another patient who appeared uncomfortable and may have needed the space more urgently. Perhaps the medication/pharmacy delivery process could be reviewed to determine whether there was an unnecessary delay. Even a relatively small delay can add significant time to an ER visit, especially when the patient is otherwise ready to be discharged. I would also like to give special recognition to Nurse Rose and the admitting clerk. Both were compassionate, caring, and attentive. They checked on me, made sure I was okay, and asked if I was comfortable while I waited. Their kindness made a positive difference in my experience. Overall, I understand that the ER must prioritize patients according to the seriousness of their conditions, and I have great respect for the nurses and staff who work under those circumstances. My feedback is not about the four-hour wait itself, but about identifying opportunities to improve the process--particularly medication delivery and discharge--so that patients who are ready to go home can do so sooner, while treatment rooms can be made available for those who need them. I was referred by my primary care provider to get an MRA of my brain because my family has a…read morehistory of brain aneurysms. I had previously made an appointment at a different imaging center and quickly cancelled due to my fear of feeling claustrophobic. I researched open MRI machines and found Medical Insights Diagnostics (Inview Imaging). I scheduled my appointment for a few weeks out and had it today. My appointment was at 10am and I showed up a few minutes prior. I filled out three quick forms and was taken into a changing room where I was able to store my phone, keys, wallet, etc. I was taken into the MRI room and was immediately put at ease with how roomy the open MRI is. I did not have to change into a gown for my scan and I even got to keep my shoes on. I laid down on the table and was given a cushion to go under my legs and two smaller cushions to go next to my head. I was also given ear plugs. I inquired about headphones to listen to music, but because of the scan I was having I was not able to listen to music. Since I was having a brain scan I had to wear a coil over my head, which was comparable to a football helmet. I was handed a "panic ball" that I could squeeze if I needed to be pulled out of the machine and they sent me inside. My scan lasted 20 minutes, but felt much faster. I was able to remain calm the entire time and even opened my eyes a few times. I cannot describe the relief I felt upon finishing my scan and exiting the machine. I grabbed my things, paid, and within 5 minutes I had the CD of the scan. If you have anxiety or claustrophobia I highly recommend coming here for your MRI. The open MRI is spacious and the MRI techs made me feel comfortable. I will be coming back here for any future MRIs.

During my prior pregnancy and earlier in this current pregnancy I have visited a different clinic and expected a similar experience from this clinic. To start the clinic is clean but not overly welcoming. There are multiple signs on the walls reminding guests to be quiet out of respect for others. I completely understand the need to be respectful of others but the way the signs were placed made you feel like a teenager in detention. The equipment here is either subpar to other clinics or the techs need further training. The tech showed me extremely blurry scans and did nothing to expand what she was seeing. I had to ask her what was going on as I was concerned for my baby and she wasn't saying anything reassuring regarding baby's position or heartbeat. Compared to the other clinic I have gone to multiple times this clinic is cold and staff lack the empathy that an ultrasound clinic should provide. I didn't leave excited or reassured that baby was ok. There is also a large sign posted next to reception that tells staff not to release photos to customers that are scheduled for redos; pretty tacky.
