The previous companies we used tried everything from installing a larger sump pump and even installing a French drain around the house. Sadly these fixes were not enough to resolve the massive amounts of rain we get during spring in Texas. When we first met with Gene at Earth Art we could tell immediately that he wasn't just trying to sell us a product, but was trying to fix our problems. He walked the land with us and could tell when it dipped up and down and was able to come up with a drainage plan including landscaping and grading to help our problems. His crew even came back multiple times after rains to check the progress on how the water was draining to help fix future issues. On top of all of this his price was the best we were quoted for several different companies. Highly recommend this place for any landscaping, grading, irrigation, and drainage problems!

We have reached out to Phoenix back in Nov '23 to help with our backyard project, and a gentleman named Josh visited onsite, scopes out, took pictures etc, and promised design sessions, and had us pay $200 for design rendering (in Dec), and that it, Christmas came and went, NYE came and went and they absconded completely. Neither do they respond, nor call back, they just have become unresponsive. When they responded after several several weeks, all they have responded with is that they are very busy with other projects and are buried with a lot of work, chaos etc. Today is Feb 15th, and no sign of call-back, responses etc. I had sent an email requesting a refund of $200, and they do not respond to us. This is extremely unprofessional attitude and they do not seem to care about customers, their commitments, their payments etc. We have not lost $200 for NOTHING they did for us...
