We scheduled the first mow but my lawn did not get mowed, so I called the scheduling person and she informed me that the guys did come out but did not mow because I wasn't home and because the price was going to be $50 instead of $30. My first issue was that I never got a call to inform me of this and second, the price had changed. The scheduler then proceeded to tell me the reason for the change was because the guy doing the work had not seen the back yard. Who provides a quote without looking at the whole yard?! IDIOTS, that's who. Avoid using these people to save yourself the headaches and find yourself a different mower.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but here we are. I e-mailed for a quote to move out of an 1…read morebedroom apartment (860 sq ft) and I was told it would take between 3-4 hours. Distance between locations is 6.5 miles (relatively close, I'd say). I understand it may be longer, everything is an estimated and I was expecting maybe 5-6 hours, but instead it took 8 hours for the move. 8 hours to move out a 1 bedroom apartment?! Elevator on property at move out location, one set of stairwells at move in. Besides that, multiple pieces of furniture damaged, some even broken, including 2 leaves from a large plant that I had to cut off. Contacted owner, sent pictures of all damages and was told 'it's within normal, nothing we can do'. A broken vanity (it 'fell off' the dolly, broken legs, broken mirror), a damaged dresser with drawers that now won't open, TV stand with chipped off corners, same as the vanity, same as the dresser and same as my baby's crib. And zero responsibility for it all.
