I cannot even express how unhappy I was with this company. If I could rate them in the negatives I would. I used this company back and 2020 and they were fantastic, but my recent experience was anything but. Every employee will tell you something different and they are all very smug about their "rules" for purchasing their sod. I purchased 2 pallets of Zoysia sod and went in to get a little more because it wasn't quite enough for the space I was covering and they told me I would have to buy another full pallet and wouldn't even meet me an inch to compromise. I would not recommend this company and if I could I would roll up all of my recently laid sod and bring it to their door step. If you'd like good customer service I would recommend A&W turf in Garland. They will sale sod based on the square footage and aren't assholes read more

All worked out well. No issues and service reps were helpful. Direct and to the point but nice. Grass quality looked good. Not an expert on it but looked very thick and full of grass for each pallet. I bought St Augustine grass, about 6 pallets worth and had some in Sunnyvale or Lewisville at the time of order. read more

Very nice SUPER HONEST. I ordered turf they...get this ..called me. Confirming the pick up and mostly letting me know it will be ready for me. And the guy was so honest I the oder was wrote up as ST Augustine but I wanted and got Bermuda. He ran out side to give me back $100. Most places would have said nothing. If there was a ZERO star rating, we would choose that one. We drove out to the Sunnyvale Site off I-80 on Friday the 11th day of May, 2018 and paid over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS in cash for 5 pallets of St. Augustine sod. They said they would deliver it on Monday the 14th of May, 2018. We were very excited to see that the pallets of sod had been left in the street. To our horror this was the worst sod we had ever seen in our life. It fell apart in our hands, was full of weeds and did not look anything like St. Augustine. We began calling over and over to get someone to look at this disaster. NOT ONE person will call us back. We gave them money and they gave us garbage. read more

Not happy at all with the quality of the sod sold to me. I arranged for a pickup at their Lewisville location. Upon arrival I took a look at the sod and questioned the quality of the pieces, especially when there seem to be much better sod on the next pallet over. The onsite manger confirmed that all pieces on the pallet set aside for me were good quality, they just would have to handled with "extra care".....About 40% of the sod piece were unusable no matter how much extra care was provided. It literally disintegrated in our hands. Understand that it's late season, but don't sell it! Won't be ordering from this company again. read more

Bought a single pallet of St. Augustine grass. Called them the day before and reserved the grass for early morning pickup. Arrived at 8:00 am and paid for the pallet. Sales guy said maybe two words during the entire transaction. Forklift guy couldn't or wouldn't speak english and loaded the pallet onto my diesel truck wrong. Most of the grass was dry and seemed to not be fresh cut. Installed it on prepared ground the same day as picked up and watered twice a day for a week, then once a day for a week. One month out about half of it died, many squares had weeds in them. Try some other place for your grass especially if you only need a pallet or two. read more

Expensive - $227 for 3 cubic yards of mulch delivered - and we only live 5 miles away. Will never use again. A1 in Rockwall has much better prices. read more
