Jason is amazing. He walked us through every step of the process for picking the right equipment for our property. He was incredibly kind and patient, never once making us feel embarrassed for our lack of knowledge or experience. The tractor was delivered to our home within a few days of purchase, and Jason himself came out and gave us a crash course on how to operate it, attach and detach implements, and do basic maintenance. In total, he spent about five hours working with us one-on-one. It is so important to know that we did not only buy a quality piece of equipment, but that we are working with a dealership that we feel comfortable with and that is going to be there for us. Got home both…read morethe same foot , went back to exchange wed Jan 28 and they refused him a return because he had brought back two heaters( we couldn't use them and thought someone else could ) without a receipt because he is part of the good neighbor/ rewards program so you don't have to have one . the total $50 for the heaters , he returned them the same day he purchased the shoes Went in today thinking there wouldn't be any issues , they couldn't pull him up in the system , spoke to a manager and they approved the return only to be given a slip saying he exceeded the amount of items returned without a receipt. Refused to look his credit card up or anything. Manager was totally rude and my husband got angry. He was told to leave the store . He is now stuck with shoes that he can't wear . It was the stores fault that he even bought two right shoes to begin with . A reciept of any kind should not be the reason to not get a return. All because they could not find him in the system under a number we've always used.
