I just happened to spot this place out of the corner of my eye and did an unannounced drop in to see what they had. They gal working the counter was awesome, helped me get all set up and checked out. I pulled around back and the young gentlemen hooked the splitter up to the truck and gave me a quick tutorial. I am going to need to rent either a skid steer or mini excavator coming up to do some land clearing and small trenching and plan to use the same place.

Over the last year, i've rented several things from them and always had a good experience. They even gave me a "Welcome to Powhatan" T-Shirt when they found out I was new! They have solid equipment and they are very knowledgeable about it. But I also appreciate that they are willing to offer suggestions with my landscaping or minor construction challenges when i am out of ideas. In fact, the owners of PRC are VERY helpful, going out of their way to help me get my work done. Once when I paid for a half day rental of a bobcat and wasn't quite finished by closing, the owner actually came by and picked up the thing half an hour after they closed rather than force me to pay for an extra day. THAT is service I can appreciate.
