Tuff Shed was the absolute worst business I've ever dealt with that did not care one bit about…read moredoing a good job. After purchasing the shed trying to schedule the building for delivery took 3 phone calls to schedule and no one wanted to try and give me the day that worked for me. Once the third scheduler found a day that worked for them first and me second did we finally make the appointment. One the day of the appointment, an hour after the scheduled arrival time, I received a phone call stating that no one would be coming to build the shed. When I asked why and when someone would arrive I was told they did not have crew to build the shed and they would have to call me back with a new date and time. Only when I demanded an answer immediately did the supervisor say I would have an answer within a couple of hours. When I did not receive a return call with the new time I called and was told the assembly would be done the next day at a specific time. On that day no one called or arrived until 30 minutes late. When the crew arrived they unloaded the pieces of the shed and stated they would not be assembling the shed and started to leave without an explanation. I asked for a name and number of who to call and talk to. I was told to check the website for the name and number. Since I had the number from the day before I called that person who stated the crew would not assemble the shed because I would not give them access to an electrical outside outlet. At the time I purchased the shed I knew there was no outside outlet and paid extra for the crew to bring a generator. The person I was talking to looked up the order and found out that the generator was added to the order. After more than an hour I was told the crew would be back to complete the assembly that day. The shed was completed after the sunset. The next day I received an email asking me to sign documents. I replied that I wanted to talk with management about the screw up and who can I call. The person on the email stated she had forwarded my email to both managers of the factory and give them 2 business days to respond. If I received no response contact her. After 2 business days I contacted her and asked for a name and number of a manager. I was given the name Steven Carlton phone number 804.729.5165. I called and left a message asking for a return call about my complaint. After 2 days I still had not heard from Steven Carlton. I sent another email to the person who was conversing with me stating I received no response from Steven Carlton. After 3 days I have not heard back. I'm now being ignored and ghosted by everyone at Tuff Shed. They are the worse company EVER. Do not waste your money. Do not use them !!!!!!!!!!

I placed my order with them, going over the options that I wanted, paid my deposit, then several…read moreweeks later called them back to confirm I was going to get ALL the options I requested and was again assured yes, I would. Well upon delivery of course I did not get the options requested. I called them back and I got a response of "that's not right" then offered to "look" into it, on the next call the began stating that "you got what you paid for" avoiding the fact that it was not what i asked for or confirmed on a follow up call. At that point their only response to everything I asked was the same "you got what you paid for" never once did they ever admit any solution, fault or so much as an apology. Typical shady salesman tactics at this business. I am also a repeat customer to them and clearly this shows how much they don't care about their customers.
