Never going back I only went here because my normal nail place was so booked up ( Week before Easter). This place was close to my house. When I got there two lady's where fighting over where they wanted me to sit. I finally sit to get my nails soaked off and then the lady started doing another worker nails. Then she comes to me and says " lol I'm ignoring my customers". I really should have gotten up and left then. I just really wanted my nails done. I should her a picture of what I wanted (1st picture). She started doing the wrong base color. I mentioned it and she says: " oh this is the right one the lavender won't show up on a dark one". So I went along with it. During the process I told her to clean the nails up more she told me: "I'm getting there have some patience". Then she even puts the wrong purple on the tip. The purple isn't even the one I asked for. I was just over it and really wanted my nails done. Hated the entire experience and not a big fan of my nails but they are done. I definitely didn't tip and never going back. 2nd pictures is how my nails turned out. They look like press-ons. The only good thing about them is the shape. I would never recommend this place ever! I regularly get my nails done so by now if there's a miscommunication or something I try to mitigate it ahead of time by checking mid-way , in the beginning of the nail process and before the final cure. I'm very "hey just checking this was the plan we discussed" Going in there were a few red flags I should've noticed, granted I'm not from here so different nail salons have a different removal process: Red flags #1; there's a nail in the pedicure basin before they even put the liner in and crumbs in the seats. Red flag# 1.5: She takes off my nails with a another nail- no soaking , no clipping , no drilling for nail removal, just someone using a nail to lift and slice underneath your nail - it was painful but I didn't express that, because I didn't want to be a weenie Red flags #2 you write down the nail color of your preference after deciding with the hostess (using the color #) I wrote my color down on my nail sheet and design preference and the shape ( Almond , color 712+ pink chrome* you'll get sick of that number lol but I apologize in advance*) . And handed to the mail tech that was doing my nails (the one who used a nail to rip my nails off ) she looked at the paper and threw it away Red flags #3:during the shaping process I confirmed again that I wanted color 712 with pink chrome and asked if I could see the chrome varieties , she said "I guess you can yeah" Red flag #4 : when I see them chrome I chose the color and repeat "this will look so nice with color 712!" She says "yes it'll be so nice" The proceed to put BLACK on my nails, after the first tip of the first nail I ask "hey umm this doesn't look like 712, 712 is pink" She says "yes well I put black first to make the chrome pop" and I said "ohh ok , is 712 the pink a really sheer color , I've never seen any one do that before? I get this combo often when I don't know the salon that well" She says "yes the chrome will fix it all" proceeds to paint black and top coat Red flags #5: she get the chrome puts it on top and says "you'll be done soon!" To which I said (on only the first black nail) " Hey so this is the right Chris but the color is supposed to be pink, I just want to be sure that this is 712 , 712 is the color I chose " she stops and says "well I'd have to take this black off!" So I said "ok that's not a problem I'll wait but I asked quite a few time to make sure we were on the same page here " She says "well you know I'd have to redo this " and proceeds to keep painting my nails black AMD THEN STARTS TO TALK ABOUT ME TO ANOTHER TECHNICIAN IN ENGLISH " saying "the bitch said black " the other woman replied "pink my ass she said black" from there I was aghast and said "ok , let's pause . I am happy to wait but I asked for color 712 and I will be perfectly fine to leave , but I will not be disrespected as I do not disrespect you" "I am happy to talk it over or pay for the nails I did repeatedly ask for but please do not degrade me as I sit here " they both turn to me and say "oh no honey you don't understand us we're just asking each other if we can change it ! She [referring to the hostess] didn't tell us you wanted pink !" To which I replied "she did , I heard her but also I've asked multiple times throughout this process for (you guessed it folks) 712 with pink chrome " one (Later perhaps identified as Ann) sucks her teeth and says "she looks mad I don't know why she looks mad I'm mad" (neither Ann nor the other technicians are good at whispering considering I'm sitting in front of them ) so I said "Ok thank you, I will leave" Red flag like# 12335489: they redo my nails (being incredibly rude the whole time yet smiling and calling me {to my face whooaahhhh} "pretty " and "beautiful " but then saying things to each other like "she looks sour" "she looks mad, but it's her fault" I would NEVER recommend this place, I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE - I would not come back here ever and I highly suggest not getting your nails dont here , I would've rather had my nails done at the Walmart nail salon next door rude service and my nails are crooked and uneven! By the way you can still see the black I didn't ask for. My friends who apps got their nails done were continuously pressure into gel even thought they repeatedly said they didn't. I was just assaulted at Walmart. By 2 Asian nail techs. I got my nails done and walked over to Walmart they stopped me in the store and said you didn't pay come back. I pulled my credit card account online and showed them. I told them I would come back to straighten it out when I'm done grocery shopping. They followed me through the store. One grab me by my arm the other by my waist. I was on the phone with my mom Regithe whole time. I asked them nicely to get their hands off me. I paid with the same card for my food. Walked to my car they followed me to whole time. Came up to my car I told them my pistol is on me and to move I said I would come back in. Went back in there showed all 3 of them that I paid they called someone and they said it wasn't declined and that their machine was down. Under New Management! DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived at 10:28 AM for a takeoff and basic manicure. I left at 12:39 PM I am very dissatisfied with the service. It took three nail techs to take off acrylic from my nails; Ut, Val, & Mai. Well my nails were being soaked off a six year old girl was interrupting my service. I asked her along with other employees if she could step away, and no one did anything. There was a cute little girl in the salon, but she was not supervised. She wanted to play with me but I did not go to a nail salon to play with anyone's kids. I was watching a show on my phone while my nails were getting soaked. She kept putting paper in front of my screen so I couldn't see it. She continue to play with the gel nail dryer and lamps that were connected to the table. She knocked them both over by the way and no one told her to step away. One lady said something to her in their own language but never asked her to step away from me. this little girl continue to move the ball my nails were soaking in, she came around and started moving the chair I was sitting in, and even knocked my phone over twice. When the lady began to drill my nails, I asked someone else if they could help her because it was taking her a while. While polishing my nails she got polish all over my cuticles on every now so she had to go back and use a brush with polish remover to clean it up. She is not a new nail tech, but definitely needs to stick to front desk duties. I asked a couple of people to assist with my service; Again they spoke in their own language and no one came to assist her. While she was polishing my nails, she never turn the fan on for my nails to dry. I got basic polish and she did not use thin layers so it was taking forever to dry. Still no fan was put on my nails. She ended up putting my nails under the machine to dry gel polish. I saw her look at me several times while walking by, but she did not come and check my nails. After about five minutes she asked if I was dry... Again I am not the nail tech this is your job! The young lady that helped me with payment at the end was the one that I have asked three times for her assistance. I told her about my dissatisfaction with the services and all she had was excuses. She told me it took so long for me to get my nails so; as if I was a nail tech. I asked her if she was going to give me some sort of discount for the lack of service I had received. All she did was tell me how much it was and asked me if I wanted to see it... Are you serious right now! When I asked if I could speak to a manager if she looks around. I asked if she was the manager and she hesitated and then said yes. I asked her why she set up and told me a lie to my face; she then said he is not here. I asked for her to write down the name of the three now text that assisted me today as well as the name and number for the manager. The number she provided ironically with the same number that the little girl was writing on a piece of paper saying it was her mom and dad's number. He the little girl then comes back to the front and begins asking me a bunch of questions which irritated me even more because I was ready to leave. I told the lady who is helping me that this is not a place of business for children, she didn't tells me that she's about to go home. She should have never been there and for her to sit and disrupt my service for over 30 minutes was unacceptable. I tried calling the number that was given to me on the paper, 682-558-6779. When I asked if I was speaking to the manager of the Lancaster Nail Bar, there was speaking in a different language, and then the phone hung up. When I attempted to call back, there was no answer. Worst nail salon ever! I've been here twice because there is NEVER ever anyone in here and now I see why! You are lucky if you are reading reviews BEFORE visiting. I wish I had. My first visit, they made my big toe so large it looked awkward. It broke off right after I got home. I figured I did something wrong because it was my first time having a tip added to my toe. The absolute worst service ever!!! The only reason they deserve one star is because of Kent. He is the best tech there. Nini is a horrible tech, but the manager is the worst. She doesn't know what customer service is. I went to her to show her my nails, and she laughed. I even cried because my nails were so ugly. I kept telling Nini to stop but she didn't. The manager even said that if I wanted to have them fixed I needed to come the next day, because she wanted to go home. I went for a Mother's Day pedicure and fill. I was charged 65 for a bs basic pedicure and charged an additional amount for gel. They litterly painted my nails with regular polish and tried to cure them under the lamp. When Tony did my fill I told him it was dipping powder color nude. He filed my already perfectly shaped nail into a square and cut me so deep I wouldn't stop bleeding. I asked for a bandaid and he said no. He messed up and used regular acrylic for the fill because he wasn't pay attention then said you should pick another color. The entire time he's butchering my nails. The color didn't set also a bootleg gel job. Please save your money and go to any other nail salon. Overpriced and crappy work. I will never go there again. The first two experiences were amazing Lisa and Nina you rock. My last two, ANDY and ANDREW OMG you give this place a rotten reputation. I usually get powder dipped nail polish and today a manicure with it. I'm so upset Andrew did not listen to me when I requested my nails be cut more than once. When I asked for a manicure, he had an attitude, cut my cuticles dry after a 3 second dip in ice cold water (I counted) and to put icing on the cake Andrew cut skin on my middle finger and I was bleeding very visibly and he kept going he didn't try to take any sanitary precautions before proceeding I had to ask him to stop the service and take care of it 2xs before he acknowledged the request. That's unsafe and if he did this to me I don't know who else's blood I could be wearing!!! Plus he was rude which I tried to overlook then my nails came out looking like this!!! Another lady was complaining about her service with Andy which I completely understood as he polished my cuticles and put powder dip on them. I had the WORST experience at this nail salon. I got a gel pedicure and the polish was not applied evenly and my toes nails were cut in a diagonal shape after I repeatedly asked not to have my toes cut down. My SNS manicure was a mess! My the dip was applied unevenly on my nails so they are lumpy and the entire nail is not properly dipped. There is still dip residue left on my skin that I'm still trying to peel off. I complained sever times and while someone offered to fix it, she then got on the phone and left me in the chair and let's not forget how you get your eyebrows waxed and yet there's still lingers hairs. I've come here a few times but I won't be coming back. I try to give places a couple tries before I make a final judgement. They always rush even though the place is big and there are many workers. They will leave parts of the services out, ex. cooling gel on pedi or let callus remover set in. The people are nice, a few speak english and will help translate when you need it but over all, they rush or forget stuff. I showed up at 9:07am to get a new set. This was the only place open at 9am (I have to be at work at 11am) I sat waiting for a tech to arrive until around 9:30. When she finally came to greet me she immediately told me they don't have the color I want (sparkly white) So I chose a different color (sparkly silver) only to be informed that they don't have that color either. By this time I'm frustrated, I've been waiting over half an hour and now they don't have the colors I want, so when I expressed my frustrations to the tech she said I was mean and she refused to do my nails. I started crying cause I was upset that (one) it's going on 9:45 and my nails still haven't been touched, (two) they didn't have a color I wanted and (three) now the nail tech is yelling at me and refusing to do my nails. Normally I would have left but I had to be at work at 11am and worked until 9pm, I have a birthday party to be at after work, (there was no option for me to go somewhere else) so finally The guy who originally greeted me helped me calm down and quit crying and the lady agreed to do my nails. I told her all I wanted was nude acrylic with coffin tips and that I needed to be out by 10:30am to be at work and she stated she could have them finished. It's now 9:51 and she just now is starting to "soak off" my nails (she ground them all the way down with minimal soaking) then she sloppily and painfully did my nails. By 10:35 I got out of the chair and had to leave unfinished. She DID NOT complete my nails! I had to leave for work. She was not finished like she said she would be.
