First off, Wilson was amazing!!!! He did great!!! But the owner, David! Yea, I don't even know where to start!! I've never met an owner as rude as him. I was sitting in the waiting area and noticed one of my nails wasn't to my liking and asked Wilson if he could fix it. David, the OWNER was cleaning the floor and said not to walk on it... Wilson had me go back to his chair and I walked on the side where it wasn't as wet. David, the OWNER, started screaming at me, he talked shit for the entire time Wilson was fixing my nail... once he was done he continued. I was done are ready to get out and continues screaming at me about how it was dangerous, after David and I apologized multiple Times... at one point he did not allow me to leave the salon. The door was locked and he was standing by the door still screaming and saying non sense (in his language). Until I curse at him and finally showed that I was pissed and disrespected... owners shouldn't do things like that... I do not recommend this salon, wish Wilson could move to another location... he doesn't deserve to be treated that way!! read more

This was by far the worse pedicure I have ever had.I go to the spa weekly as I believe in taking care of yourself.. The customer service was worse then the "rush job" pedicure. My reflexology inspired leg massage that every salon does was so fast I had to ask"did you do the massage"?? First visit. Packed for a Saturday afternoon. I didn't have a long wait which was cool since I didn't make an appointment. The gentleman who did my pedicure, Henry, was awesome and did a thorough and fantastic job. The lady who took me to the back room to wax ky eyebrows...not impressed with her at all. She rushed through the job and my eyebrows are uneven. She would only fix once and then told me thank you and turned out the light in the room. Needless to say, I'm not pleased at all. I also didn't like the snippy way the lady who appeared to be the manager or owner spoke to me. I'm sure there are some pictures there good techs. I have come here several times here and there in the past three years, and now I think it is time to make this my regular place. Everyone here is so friendly and they talk to you throughout your visit so it is not a boring visit. If it is your first time here, ask for Henry or Tammy. They are the best! Prices are affordable and they are properly sanitized. They will give you complimentary water and sometimes even fruit snacks. Not to mention they do a great job on your nails. DO NOT EVER go to this nail salon. One of the nail techs was EXTREMELY rude to me. I was reading a magazine and he was obviously upset about it. The magazine was not in his way (I always read whenever I'm in the salon, when I get my nails and fee done). He got up to show me colors, and when he returned he said in a rude tone, "Stop reading the magazine please ma'am." I very nicely stated that I could see the colors, and that the magazine was not in my way. After he began, he started to squeeze my fingers. Three (3) times I told him to stop, because he was squeezing my fingers too hard. When he began to change the color on my toes, I told him again. He started to raise his voice at me. I slammed my hand on the table and told him AGAIN that he was too rough. Then, I asked for another tech. Under my breath, I mumbled that he had lost his _____ mind, and he called me a bitch, three times! I said " Your mama's one!" and I began to yell for a manager, the owner, and yelled that he had called me a bitch. The manager came, apologized, offered the service for free, etc. I am still trying to report them to the Better Business Bureau. The manager was extremely apologetic, and said she would not charge me for the service but even when I told her to tell him to come and apologize for calling me a bitch, squeezing my fingers, etc., he said, " I am sorry if you think I was rude." I told him that was not the way to apologize, that I was the customer and he needed to apologize correctly. He began to argue, and I then left. NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. This was the shortest guy in there, young, funky hair cut. The manager stopped me from taking a picture of the licenses to get his correct name. HORRIBLE experience. If there was an option for 0 stars that's what I would have rated them. I have gone there in the past but was unhappy and never returned. After several months I decided to go back because it was close to my house, I went on a Sunday 3/25 and there were mostly males working, the 3 women who were there were doing their own nails and toes. The guys were very nice and friendly and did a good job on my mani/pedi. I also got my brows and lashed done by Kim, the lashes peeled off but the brows were ok. I went back on yesterday Tuesday, 4/3, again there were mainly men working. The older lady who did my pedicure did a horrible job. She acted as though this was her first pedicure. After a while I finally said asked her if she does a lot of pedicures, she said yes like I offended her so I said "no disrespect, but you are not doing a good job, I said you are not thorough and you are rough" she had the nerve to tell me she wasn't rough to which I said "how are you going to tell me what I feel?" She insisted that she wasn't rough, by this time I'm extremely agitated, she said she was doing a good job to which I said "ma'am you are not giving a good pedicure, I am not enjoying this at all. I told her at the beginning that I didn't want her to use the cheese grater on my feet, she used the pumice and when she started the other foot this heffa starting using the cheese grater, I said "ma'am I just told you not to use that on my feet" This women acted as though something was wrong with her, she kept doing the same thing she couldn't properly do the pedicure because her gloves were too big. So that I could make sure that my complaint was understood, I wrote everything that was wrong on a piece of paper and gave it to the guy who was "the manager", he read it and said "ooooohhh". I told him I could have given myself a better pedicure at home for free. Then they tried to charge me the full price to which I told them I wasn't going to pay because the service was of very poor quality. I don't even have time to speak on the manicure that he gave me, let's just say I have snagged several articles of clothing since yesterday. I have learned my lesson. I will NEVER go to Sexy Nails in Lancaster again!!! read more
