This place is amazing! The prices are very fair and the quality is great!! They don't try to scam you for every penny. The service is amazing, Hratch is such a great salesman. He was so helpful and kind. Even their measure man Harold was great! This is THE best flooring company in the AV! read more

My friend recommended this place. Sure enough, I am very satisfied with their service. Michael helped me out and gave me the best advice AND price. I look forward to working with them again for my parents' place. Can't thank everyone enough for the fast and effective service. read more

Wow, I just called Tina about a service project i was doing. she seemed very confused and became very belligerent when i couldn't provide all the contact info for the family i was helping. I wasn't asking for charity, i just wanted a quote. I could think of a thousand other carpet places before i ever check here again. Lancaster flooring should look for a better secretary in the near future. read more

Very cheap materials. Don't bother unless you don't care how your flooring looks. Unhelpful staff.

Don't waste your time. We were recommended to the store by our GC after a flood. We were shown laminate for our kitchen that should never be installed in a kitchen. Cheap materials and horrible install. Worst flooring I've ever seen!! DON'T WALK IN THE DOOR!! Look at most of their reviews and do yourself a favor, go to Lowes, Home Depot, or Carpeteria. If there was a negative star I'd choose it!! read more

The first time I went to Lancaster Flooring, Hratch helped me out with my living room and dining room floor. I picked out what I wanted and he scheduled the install that following weekend and it was awesome. The first install was so good, I went back again for all of my bedrooms and had the same amazing experience. I have stopped by several times since for questions about flooring and have always been able to get help from Hratch. You can't ask for a better flooring experience. read more

I first had Lancaster flooring in to replace all the carpeting in my Tehachapi house when I purchased it in 2002. Hratch got it measured, gave us a good price, and had it installed the next day. When I moved out in 2011 I had them in to replace all the linoliem in the house to rent it out. Again they did a great job in a short period of time. When I came back to the house in late 2013 I found the renters had trashed the carpet and linoliem... Hratch again gave me a good price and immediate service on the carpet replacement so I could move back in and they repaired as much of the linoliem as they could at no charge. Just this past week I managed to tear the linoliem as I was installing a new dishwasher and Hratch sent his man out the next day to repair it for me, again at no charge... Customer Service at it's best! read more

My wife and I just bought a home couple months ago, so were pretty new with this whole remodeling ordeal. All I can say is I thank a good friend of mine who introduced us to Lancaster flooring when we were looking for tile for our kitchen and hardwood for the rest of the house. I have to say we felt like other flooring companies were robbing us for our money after finding out Lancaster flooring , for the same product if not better, was much cheaper, the staff is just amazing Tina is an angel and helped us out with color schemes and designs she should've been an interior designer. And they also referred contractors and roofers during our remodel process. Thank you Lancaster flooring!!! Excellent service. Look no further for flooring guys, Lancaster flooring is your #1 choice read more

We are a repeat customer of Lancaster Flooring. We have had such great luck working with Hratch Yacoubian that we always ask for him when we need flooring. Harry is extremely knowledgeable, nice, honest, and fair. We had to get a lot of flooring installed on a very tight schedule and he and his team came through for us big time. He recommended the right products, gave us a very fair price, and the installation was done quickly and correctly. It was a bit of a drive for us but well worth it, I would do business with Harry again any time. read more

What great service we received at Lancaster Flooring. We didn't have a big house to have new flooring installed but we were treated like we were having every floor in a castle replaced. I would recommend everyone to purchase flooring from here. Great sales service, great prices, fantastic product, they sent someone out on the same day to measure the house, and had it installed the first day I was available to be home. This is a 5 star carpet store. We are very happy. read more

Michael was great to work with! Got the job done and we're happy with the results! I highly recommned this business!

5/5, easy. They worked with me on MY budget, great in house selection of carpets and laminate. They blew other local competitive quotes out of the water. With all that said, I have to say what sold me was the customer service and patience of these guys. I had a few personal problems which extended my installation out a few months and they never bugged me until I bugged them. If you are looking for flooring in the antelope valley, I would strongly recommend giving these guys a call first or last so you can hopefully share a similar experience as I. As far as some of the other reviews, there are a few shady flooring companies in the AV who might have made a couple of the lower star reviews. It wouldn't surprise me. I've recommended a few people to these guys and I never usually do that, but they are great and worked with me and my budget. 5/5 across the board. read more

Lancaster Flooring is an okay place to get carpet and tile for your home. The kicker is who is doing the install. They sent a 68 year old man who barely manner to make it up 16 stairs to lay my tile. Subsequently, the grout started coming loose and Lancaster Flooring refuse to fix it. If you having carpet install in your home be sure to request their "A" Team otherwise you'll have people returning to your home to fix your carpet. You get what pay for at Lancaster Flooring and I did. I saved some money and got no quality. The multiple trips made to my home while to fix poorly installed carpet and tile fits the M.O. Your experience tile installer failed to cut and install tile and filled in the small spaces with grout. This is the type of incompetence experience Lancaster Flooring is sending to install carpet and tile. What a joke. You couldn't explain why in every room they had to remove anywhere from 1/2 inch to an 1 1/2 Of excesses carpet cause you have experienced installers. After reading if you still decided to do business with Lancaster Flooring make sure to pickup some aspirin cause you are definitely going to need it. read more

These guys are truly the best! Although my residence is out of their service area, they went out of their way to provide the best service. The price I got was great! Mike was very helpful. I recommend this place for sure! read more

Exceptional customer service, very satisfied. I took my mother to pick out new carpet for her living room. We went in on a Tuesday and had it installed that Friday. The salesman Hratch was very friendly and helpful. We had 3 installers our first thing Friday morning. They were courteous and professional. The job was finished in less than an hour. The carpet was installed perfectly and looked beautiful, they even vacuumed before leaving. We are very satisfied with this purchase and installation. Thank you, Hratch & crew! read more

New to the Antelope Valley last year, after getting quotes from Home Depot and Lowes, a relative suggested that I visit Lancaster flooring before I make my final decision. So I did.. I was looking for carpet and tile for my bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and needless to say I chose them! I was so pleased with the work they did, that almost a year later I called on them again to put indoor outdoor carpet in our excercise room. I am once again... Pleased with the service from Lancaster flooring! read more

They are great! Very easy to work with and quick service. They did the flooring in our apartment at Palm Chaparral in Palmdale and we loved it so much we got the same thing done in our home! We had to move quickly and wanted to get the floors in before we moved and they helped us out and got it done quick. They helped us avoid lifting seams so the floors will last longer. They were very kind and helpful workers. They treated us great and I would recommend them to everyone. :) read more

My experience with Lancaster Flooring has been great. Hratch made sure everything we needed was taken care. I was in a bind and needed flooring installed asap, At the drop of a hat, he made it happen. The guys that came to install were very professional and didn't waste any time getting the job done. They went over and beyond to do a great job. The customer service I received was outstanding. Thank you Lancaster Flooring! Well Done! read more

Lancaster Flooring is the best. Hratch has great customer service skills. He has the knowledge, and he didn't pressure me into my tile purchase. Every decision I made was mine. Don and his brother (I forgot his name) were the tile installers. They have combined over 70 years experience between them. They both were honest with me about the tile and the installation process. The gentleman that took the flooring measurements was knowledgeable and helpful. The entire experience was one I will remember for a long time. My wife and I are already planning our carpet install. Thank you to the entire Lancaster Flooring Team. Do not go anywhere else for your flooring needs. read more

We went to Lancaster Flooring on the recommendation of a realtor friend after getting a few other quotes. We are selling a home that has been rented out for a while. Upon initial call for estimate Michael was friendly and helpful, they set up a time for a guy to come measure that met our needs since we weren't always there. Afterwards we went over and met with him for possible product selection and quotes. We were doing the ENTIRE house so we knew it was going to be a lot and had a few different ways we could go with carpet, laminate and vinyl in different areas to maximize/ minimize output vs. return. He was sooooo patient and wrote up quotes for all different options!!( who does that?) we were told to ask for Harry, that is apparently the owner, Michael's dad. Michael had him come over and we went and chatted. When he heard we were selling he helped us with our best options based on his decades of experience in new homes construction and such. Not making choices too personal since we weren't living there. Bottom line we saved over $4K from what our original plan was and about $3K from the other woods by going with Lancaster Flooring and Harry's plan! It was installed this past week and it looks AMAZING! They said it would take 3 days and they finished in 2. The colors a great and match so well. We could not be happier and when we Buy our forever home we will definitely be Back! read more

I give Lancaster flooring a 5 star rating. Customer service from start to finish was excellent. We couldn't be happier with the floor that was installed by Mario and his crew. They did a beautiful job installing the laminate floors and the baseboards. They kept me in the loop during the installation making sure that I got what I wanted. Once the job was complete they left the place inside and out very clean. Great experience all the way around.!! read more

Update: The company has since reached out to me to offer an apology. The apology is basically this..."we never sell laminate for bathrooms, therefore you are INCORRECT in your accusation" so basically they are calling me a liar. In that case, your apology is not accepted. I don't think this company can be any more unprofessional. Attitude and disrespect to your customers will get you nowhere. I have since found a great flooring company that actually performs the work I paid for. Thanks for you "apology" though. read more

I am a property manager and I have used Lancaster Flooring for several years. They give me good prices, good products, great installation, their customer service is excellent. I have always used Hratch, he is knowledgeable, knows his products and follows through on everything. For the first time I have used them for my own home. We put laminate flooring in the whole house except for bedrooms. It has been a really good experience. Not only did Hratch help us determine what we wanted and needed, he put up with a dozen phone calls from me. To actually see the installation crew install the flooring was AMAZING. They worked together as a team and just smoothed right through the job. I would recommend Lancaster Flooring to anyone. read more

I can't say enough about how pleased my husband and I are with our laminate, tile and carpet from Lancaster Flooring! I got three bids for carpet for two rooms and a hallway in my home. Lancaster Flooring was the lowest. The estimator who measured my place arrived early. I went to the store to look at carpets and Hratch was most helpful in helping me select a carpet. The installers arrived early to put it in and were very quick and efficient. I am pleased with the installation. What can I add? Lancaster Flooring offers the lowest price, had the carpet in stock and didn't have to order like the other two places, arrived early for everything, and did a great job.
