Don't waste your time. We were recommended to the store by our GC after a flood. We were shown laminate for our kitchen that should never be installed in a kitchen. Cheap materials and horrible install. Worst flooring I've ever seen!! DON'T WALK IN THE DOOR!! Look at most of their reviews and do yourself a favor, go to Lowes, Home Depot, or Carpeteria. I first had Lancaster flooring in to replace all the carpeting in my Tehachapi house when I purchased it in 2002. Hratch got it measured, gave us a good price, and had it installed the next day. When I moved out in 2011 I had them in to replace all the linoliem in the house to rent it out. Again they did a great job in a short period of time. When I came back to the house in late 2013 I found the renters had trashed the carpet and linoliem... Hratch again gave me a good price and immediate service on the carpet replacement so I could move back in and they repaired as much of the linoliem as they could at no charge. Just this past week I managed to tear the linoliem as I was installing a new dishwasher and Hratch sent his man out the next day to repair it for me, again at no charge... Lancaster Flooring is an okay place to get carpet and tile for your home. The kicker is who is doing the install. They sent a 68 year old man who barely manner to make it up 16 stairs to lay my tile. Subsequently, the grout started coming loose and Lancaster Flooring refuse to fix it. If you having carpet install in your home be sure to request their "A" Team otherwise you'll have people returning to your home to fix your carpet. You get what pay for at Lancaster Flooring and I did. I saved some money and got no quality. The multiple trips made to my home while to fix poorly installed carpet and tile fits the M.O. Your experience tile installer failed to cut and install tile and filled in the small spaces with grout. This is the type of incompetence experience Lancaster Flooring is sending to install carpet and tile. What a joke. You couldn't explain why in every room they had to remove anywhere from 1/2 inch to an 1 1/2 Of excesses carpet cause you have experienced installers. After reading if you still decided to do business with Lancaster Flooring make sure to pickup some aspirin cause you are definitely going to need it. read more

Exceptional customer service, very satisfied. I took my mother to pick out new carpet for her living room. We went in on a Tuesday and had it installed that Friday. 5/5, easy. They worked with me on MY budget, great in house selection of carpets and laminate. They blew other local competitive quotes out of the water. With all that said, I have to say what sold me was the customer service and patience of these guys. I had a few personal problems which extended my installation out a few months and they never bugged me until I bugged them. If you are looking for flooring in the antelope valley, I would strongly recommend giving these guys a call first or last so you can hopefully share a similar experience as I. As far as some of the other reviews, there are a few shady flooring companies in the AV who might have made a couple of the lower star reviews. It wouldn't surprise me. Don and his brother (I forgot his name) were the tile installers. They have combined over 70 years experience between them. They both were honest with me about the tile and the installation process. We went to Lancaster Flooring on the recommendation of a realtor friend after getting a few other quotes. We are selling a home that has been rented out for a while. Upon initial call for estimate Michael was friendly and helpful, they set up a time for a guy to come measure that met our needs since we weren't always there. Afterwards we went over and met with him for possible product selection and quotes. We were doing the ENTIRE house so we knew it was going to be a lot and had a few different ways we could go with carpet, laminate and vinyl in different areas to maximize/ minimize output vs. return. He was sooooo patient and wrote up quotes for all different options!!( who does that?) we were told to ask for Harry, that is apparently the owner, Michael's dad. Michael had him come over and we went and chatted. When he heard we were selling he helped us with our best options based on his decades of experience in new homes construction and such. Not making choices too personal since we weren't living there. Bottom line we saved over $4K from what our original plan was and about $3K from the other woods by going with Lancaster Flooring and Harry's plan! It was installed this past week and it looks AMAZING! They said it would take 3 days and they finished in 2. The colors a great and match so well.
