This is such a hidden gem! I have walked by this restaurant so many times in my way to target and finally decided to give it a try. While the outside is unassuming, it really is a great place to stop for a meal. It has a very 'my local restaurant' feel to it. As far as food goes, this is the most authentic Asian food I found in Miami so far. I ordered the fresh spring roll and the Indonesian shrimp. The spring rolls were filled with fresh and crunchy veggies, and the peanut sauce on the side was delicious! As for the shrimp, they didn't skimp on the seafood, and it was packed with perfectly cooked savory vegetables. And the sauce used to cooked this dish was flavorful and delicious! I also love the variety of food on the menu here. There are some classics on the menu and some unique items I've never seen before like a matcha cheesecake! The servers here were super kind and easy to talk to. We loved our waitress who regularly came by to check on us and was easy to talk to! I absolutely loved my meal here and can 100% see myself coming back here for a good, casual dinner. read more

Before going we checked the reviews and thought we give it a shot. The food had no flavor no salt nothing. They didn't make my plate correctly and when I requested the manager they didn't bother to show face. It's ok we paid for our food and left. I will never return to this place. Better than expected. The hotel we stayed at recommended this place and we were very happy they did! We ordered Chicken Potstickers, Chicken Katsu, Sticky Ribs and egg rolls. The Chicken Katsu was the best I've ever had. They were little nuggets rather than a large chicken breast butterflied that I normally see when I order it. Since I plan to work into the evening, I decided to have an early meal today. I didn't feel like driving, so I walked to a restaurant that was only a few minutes away from my hotel. I ordered Korean fried chicken ramen and a mini salad for $24, not including the tip. I requested everything to go and walked back to my hotel room to eat. I mixed the ramen and chicken, although I kept the salad separate, of course. The meal was quite good; the broth was hot, and a little saltier than I preferred, but the pieces of Korean chicken were tasty. I just wish they had included more chicken with the dish. This is an update to a previous review. I decided to give Lan Pan another chance and I have to say that not only has their service change for the better but also their menu! One of my favorites is the Green Bowl! Filled with tasty, delicious ORGANIC vegetables! If you're concerned about your health like I am, then you will not be disappointed as they have plenty of healthy options! Of course their Bobba teas are amazing! Lan Pan has been in this spot since the mall opened. It still very popular even though you don't even notice it from the parking lot. The device is excellent and the food very good. Today we can in for linch. Their lunch specials are amazing and Ton of food. I had the Thai basil chicken. First though you get an excellent miso soup, then a very good salad and a California roll. Though we were too hungry to take pictures of all the dishes, we had a variety of sushi, sashimi, curry, and apps. We have been coming here for years and love this place! As a vegetarian, I am so happy when I see an entire veggie roll section. Their avocado crunch roll is my favorite sushi roll! The green wonton roll is also inventive and filling. Sometimes I pair the avocado crunch roll with the yasaii veggie roll instead. We also occasionally order their five spice sweet potato appetizer or a small side salad with ginger dressing - both great! We keep saying we'll try the other items on the menu, like the poke, but the sushi rolls are too good to pass up. Their service is always well-time and friendly. We tend to order pick-up, but eating in is also nice. Parking is easy in the dadeland station garage. They also have a great rewards program! Perfect combination of fresh ginger and bubbles. I really enjoyed it and it was like under $4. Very nice. I also had their coconut lemongrass chicken. Still a favorite of mine. I visited here a long long time ago. Today I came to have some lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to see that their lunch special runs on a Saturday. This is unusual as most places usually offer this from a Monday to a Friday. The place was busy and it's no wonder. They offer a very reasonably priced lunch menu. I had beef red curry which comes with a salad and soup. As you can see from my pictures the salad is v v good and came with a nice dressing, fresh leaves and some simple sushi on the side! I am not a yelp Karen I don't send back food, my husband ordered the Asian Nachos the pork was gray and tasted bad sent it back to order something else. The server had to be called back twice to please remove it after saying it was inedible Ordered tuna tataki roll and tuna was brown and gray sent that back and the manager came yelling at us that we don't know what fresh tuna is and had brought us back the roll switching pieces that looked better then ours did but still not appetizing moving them to like ours did when we separated it to show the server.
