Great customer service !!!! I walked into the Henderson Nevada store looking for ideas for several things. I had been online and asked for a check to see if things were in stock, the salespeople were very responsive. I was able to go down there and meet with the two sales people helping me on phone . Jason spent about 30 minutes with me walking around the store answering questions on everything from chandeliers, table lamps, swivel chairs, and mostly ceiling fans... He didn't push me into buying anything, printed out some options of things I liked, told me to go home and sleep on it because I couldn't make up my mind in the store. I told him I wanted to walk past the fountains on the way out to my car. He brought me over the fountains and I saw one I admired and bought it on the spot. I am just really appreciative that I didn't get the "hard sell" and I was as able to walk out of there without being pressured to buy some thing I was unsure of. Most stores are not like that and are not as welcoming and informative. Jason, was amazing and I could tell he really loves his job, and eagerly helping me and answering my questions. Very pleased with my purchase today 05/14/17. I had gone on line and saw a swing arm floor lamp that I liked and was hoping it had a 3-way switch. I found the lamp on the floor and was disappointed that it was not 3-way. I looked at other swing arm floor lamps and didn't find one that I was happy with. At that point Rick S. asked if he could be of service, so I told him what I was looking for and we searched further. We had gone to the computer and saw some and he was certain that he had seen what I was looking for in the store. He went looking for it and very soon he called me to inspect it. We discussed the merits of it and I decided to purchase it along with an LED 3-way bulb. I immediately put it together when I got home. This is a gift for my Mom and she was very pleased with the product and the functionality. She enjoys how it looks and the quality. Other family members have very favorably commented on it. Rick S. did not pressure me and worked diligently to help me. I very much appreciated his efforts. I am also a new Rewards Program member and saved 10% on my lamp purchase. We looked at ceiling fans and lights at the Henderson store. Rick was great. We have always had Nice Sales help but Rick is the best. All went so well we ended up buying 3 fans. He suggested LampsPlus install. When we looked at the additional warranty and service they include we said yes. What a great choice. Robert was our installer. He was great. Showed up on time. Did clean fast work and was Careful in our house. Best installer we have had in the two years we have been in Henderson. We did have one issues with a fan remote later. When I called the store the manager Robert first ordered a replacement incase it was faulty. Then he suggested re programming. I had done so but after a couple more times the remote work better. Robert called back a couple of days later to check on us before I could call to tell him is was fine. Great follow up and customer service. Products are great. I love all the fans. One of the remotes seems to not like how I push buttons but the fans is quiet, powerful, looks great and has a great LED light. So it is a winner. read more

Matthew, the lighting consultant, and Susan, the assistant store manager, helped to resolve an issue for me, seamlessly, professionally, and they were both incredibly helpful and kind. In today's day and age, customer service is key for not only returning customers, but gaining new customers. I have an interior design business and I utilize this store in particular because I know my clients will receive an exceptional experience while shopping at this location. The lamps plus is known as a lighting store, they also have a wide selection of cabinets, and tables, as well as home decor. This review is about Rick who works at the Henderson location. I came in a couple days ago with my husband and we chose a chandelier. He was very patient with us, as we were undecided at the time. We purchased a waterfall-type lighting and left with it in our car. Once installed it was obvious it was too small for our space but we no longer had the box. I called Rick and he said no problem. Just bring it back, full refund. No restocking fee. And BTW, he didn't come to work the next day to 11am & offered to come in an HOUR EARLY to help transition the trade. Instead I went before closing and he was so wonderful (I was there past closing and he never made me feel bad). We got a correct size and he even found an online coupon for me to use on new light which cost more. Now this is the most upstanding level of customer service I've received in years. He deserves a management position. read more

I went in to purchase specialty light bulbs for a light I had ordered. Angela B. helped me, which was the second time I had the fortune to have her lend a hand. Angela tried out multiple light bulbs for me in their test area until we found the right one. She was very intuitive and watched my reaction to know what to try next. Then, because she was so attentive and helpful, I asked her to show me which lamps were rated for an outdoor covered porch. After looking at a few they had, I showed her a picture of one I liked that I had saved. Angela was able to find the light and showed me a few other ones for comparison. In the end, I spent more money at Lamps Plus simply because they had an employee who took the extra time to help me and made me feel welcome. Nicely done, Angela! read more

I requested a complete outside lighting design to include new security lighting from Lamps Plus located at 30 W Stephanie, Henderson, NV. I had the pleasure of working with Lilly Gharibyan who is a Decorative Lighting Specialist with strong focus on design and skills that really are great. Lilly was a real pleaure to work with and provided an excellent design and follow up service. The installation technican was Robert Stigall who did a great job with total class and skills. The lamp plus store in Henderson under the store leadership of Michael Mastej is a total winning solution. In the past two years I have purchased several light fixtures, a chair and today bar stools from Lamps Plus in Henderson. I have been impressed with the quality, good prices and the amount of inventory in the store. I purchased the Madrid Swivel Bar Stools which were in stock and I was able to bring them home today. They are comfortable and look great in our kitchen. The staff is friendly and makes my shopping experience fun. She offered really great advice on choosing the fixtures, including what size and hanging height is appropriate for the size and ceiling height of our rooms. I purchased a fan 2 years ago from lamps plus and the fan started squeaking badly. Sounds like I had a bird's nest in it and it echoed around the house. I called them and spoke to Susan who asked me to send a video. I called her the next day and she said to bring the fan back and they would replace it. Fingers crossed this one doesn't squeak. This store is awesome. I looked all over Las Vegas/Henderson for the perfect Chandelier. It was at Lamps Plus where I found it. There were so many to pick from.
