She was friendly and very helpful, even though I didn't have an appointment. The optician came right Pitt after I waited a minute, and after looking at my glasses, told me she can fix it! Took her about 5 minutes to do a beautiful job of replacing the nose piece. Had me try my glasses on to make sure it sat well. She was also very friendly, and told me she waived the fee. I was blown away by the customer service and the kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this business, an would come here to get my next eye exam!

Once there, I was able to look over their selection and was also recommended 10 other frames that might suit my face. Customer service was great and I got my two frames with prescriptions in about 2.5 weeks. It was overall a straightforward and easy experience! Dr. Ensor is among a very small number in the bay area, who is well versed and equipped in monitoring and in available treatment options for AMD, being on call 24/7 for emergencies in vision changes, and his office accepts medicare and other related senior insurance plans. She also has treatments that no one else had offered. After the initial period of regular treatments, I experienced relief. Now, I have treatments every 6 months and I no longer have dry eye issues. Dr. Flemming and everyone in the office are always helpful. When I almost gave up on treatments (it does take a number of treatments) she would encourage me that the program will help. She is right.

Darlene helped me with finding frames that fit my face and even ordered a size so I could come back later to try. I originally liked a pair of Silhouette glasses, but the price point was above what I was expecting, so Darlene helped me find some Ray Bans as an alternative which I ended up liking better. She was also great with showing me color options on her computer and what would go with my skintone. I ordered just in time for my 2024 insurance benefit and can't wait for my new glasses to come in.
