    Where to start..... my wife and I arrived at the dealership to look at Broncos and was pleasantly…read moremet by Pablo Vasquez within minutes. he was not pushy by any means and spent a lot of time showing us cars, explaining features, and test driving a Bronco. The new features were a bit overwhelming to start with but Pablo answered each and every question (sometimes the same question twice) with courtesy and knowledge. We were and still are very impressed with this gentleman. I recommend him highly! We told him we wanted to look at Jeeps before making up our minds and he did not try to persuade us to stay, instead he wanted to know what we thought both pros and cons About the 2 different vehicles. We chose the Bronco over the Jeep mostly because nobody helped us at the Jeep dealership until we walked into the dealership and asked to see a salesman. The salesman there was pushy and not helpful at all, (the Jeep did not fit our needs). We went back to Pablo and he worked with us again with different options and colors of vehicles until we finally chose a beautiful green Bronco Sport. We test drove it again and decided this was what we wanted. The dealership test drove our trade in and gave us reasonable prices for our trade in as well as the new Bronco. We were then introduced to the Service personnel, then the financial officer and completed a painless transfer of tags and paid for the new Bronco. Everyone we ran across at the dealership was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We drove away that day in a new Ford Bronco Sport and have enjoyed the car as well as the experience. However upon receiving our truck back, they forgot to close our hood and it nearly flew up on us driving home. That was what prompted me to write this review, even despite the poor communication and service recommendations ( they recommended things that were clearly brand new/replaced, and completely missed obvious ones ) sadly a 0/5 experience. If they weren't the only ford dealership in town for recall work we would have listened to the town and avoided. I'd recommend a PHX dealership for recall work or Findlay Subaru, as they do work on fords and have great service.

    I took my 2019 Jeep Wrangler to Summit 4x4 because it was experiencing the dreaded "death wobble."…read moreFrom the start, they assured me they could fix it. To their credit, they did mention early on that if it wasn't the track bar, it could potentially be the bearings, but they still moved forward confidently with repairs. On the first visit, I spent nearly $6,000 replacing the track bar, shocks, and other components. For a short time, I was hopeful the issue might be resolved, but within a few weeks, the death wobble came back. Fustrated, I brought it back in. This time, they told me the problem was surely the bearings. Another couple thousand dollars later, those were replaced as well. Again, I was hopeful... and again, within weeks, the death wobble returned. At this point, I brought the Jeep in yet again. They attempted to duplicate the issue and performed an a tire balance and rotation saying they inspected the jeep and e writhing looked good. Unfortunately, nothing has changed, the death wobble still persists. After more than $7,000 spent, I'm left with a Jeep that is in worse condition than when I first brought it in. It's gotten to the point where we can't even drive it straight down the road with confidence, forget about taking it on the highway. It isn't safe for anyone to drive. The staff is nice enough, but it's clear they are not equipped to properly diagnose or fix this type of issue. When you're charging customers thousands of dollars, there needs to be accountability for results, not just guesswork and parts replacement. At a minimum, I would have expected some level of ownership, whether that be a partial refund or some kind of resolution for the ongoing issue. Instead, we're out thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it except a worse-driving vehicle than we started. I certainly do not feel comfortable bringing my car here a fourth time and would strongly caution anyone dealing with complex suspension or steering issues to look elsewhere.

I had recently purchased this jeep and wanted it gone over to see what I could not see. They spent a good amount of time and when the inspection was over, Lee discussed all of the issues, Texted and Emailed me the results of the inspection which included videos which clearly described everything that should be looked at and replaced/repaired.
