I called Prescott Valley Auto, explained the situation and they were more than happy to help. When I brought my car in I was fully prepared to leave it for the day and possibly the following day. However upon arrival they took the car in and ask me to give them 10-15 just to do a quick inspection just see how severe the situation was. Within minutes they had plan and were ready to work. The best part is, the shop owner has a dog that visited me in the waiting room. In the end it needed a new drain plug. They swapped out the plug and had me back on the road. Whole visit was maybe 30-40 mins. All the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend this shop.
