I go elsewhere to get me eye exam, I buy my frames from Amazon, and get my lenses done here. In so doing, I save a ton of money in the long run. I usually get the full gamut of features done on my lenses: progressive lenses with transition, blue light, etc. I pay an extra $25 for bringing in my own frames, but I can get out the door by paying only $200 and change per frame, which is a screaming good deal. They can finish them in a week or so, and they text when they are ready to be picked up. Easy peasy.

Notably, the manager was no longer present by the time this happened. When I calmly explained why I was upset, the response was dismissive. The doctor was shockingly unprofessional--rather than listening or attempting to resolve the issue, he repeatedly said he "didn't know anything about that," rolled his eyes, turned his back on me, and ended the interaction with a sarcastic "Have a nice day." This wasn't about being a walk-in--it was about being given a clear promise by the manager, waiting in good faith, and then being treated with indifference and disrespect when the store failed to honor its own stated policy. I expected far better treatment as a long-term patient. If you value clear communication, professionalism, and basic respect for your time, I would recommend going elsewhere.
