Bought some glasses and return them . They were upset i did i guess . Idk if it's commission pay there . Anyways my money took 6 days to get in my account but i called to ask if everything was okay to my bank and to this store . The guy was super rude and said he doesn't know what happen . Pretty much saying i have to fill out a form and it will be sent to the corporate. He was so upset like if it was his money lol . Bought my sunglasses last week and was trying to exchange it 5 days after the purchase. I went to the store, told the salesperson or manager that I'm going to look around for the replacement and few minutes after she told that I can't return the Sunglass because it has scratch. I told her I did not even use it and was just sitting at my house the entire time. She said I can't return it. My fault for not inspecting it before handling it to her and before purchasing that sunglasses. If you will buy from this store make sure you inspect the item before they put it in a bag!! read more

When we asked to try on other shades she did not hesitate to give us different shades and even went to the back to look for a polarized one that my wife wanted to see. Worst customer service ever!!! I made a purchase last week at a different store. Came to this location to make an exchange (since it's closer to my house). The guy actually told me that's there's scratches ( when clearly there's no visible scratches at all) and I would lose 50% of my $ for an exchange. Their return policy is 90 days and they said I had to lose 1/2 of my money for something I had for a week??? Took my glasses to a different store in West Covina and they let me exchange just like that. No questions asked. I'm extremely unhappy with the way they do business at this location. My wife purchased two pairs of sunglasses from an outlet in a different state but I didnt like them. Tried to return and they argued that one of the pairs has a small scratch.
