There are a lot of choices, though, so having someone knowledgeable explain the differences makes a huge difference. The first associate who helped me was excellent. He explained different frames and lenses, including options for fishing, and made the experience fun and informative. Unfortunately, he had to leave and another associate took over. After speaking with my wife, I actually returned a second time ready to purchase a new pair of Radar EVs along with additional lenses for fishing and everyday use. When I asked questions, however, the associate gave vague answers, went back to checking merchandise, and eventually pointed me toward the customization screen instead of walking me through the options. The store itself is clean, has a great selection, and I really like the products. I just wish the second interaction had matched the first. When someone comes back a second time ready to spend money, a little more product knowledge and engagement can make the difference between browsing and making a purchase.

Back in December I was offered a promotion to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 15 and only pay $215.64 over a 36 month period. The employee Keith G said that I would save money by adding an additional line. I asked him if I could add my sibling later to the business account and he said, yes but my sibling would need to be present. I went to the store I normally patronize and wanted to remove the new line that was added. I was told they could not remove the line because the promotion was added to the new line and if I were to remove the line or even suspend the line the promotion would no longer stand and would have to pay the full price of the iPhone 15. I was instructed to go back to the point of sale to get this remedied and now the store is closed. I really feel taken advantage of and feel that this place was doing fraudulent activities. That is probably why it no longer exists. I had no knowledge the employee was going to put the promotion on the new line bc it was my number and my phone that was being replaced. Also, he had knowledge that I wanted to add my sibling later. Now I will have to escalate this matter to corporate to get this resolved.

A Special thanks to Alexis for working diligently and handling my phone issues. I find it difficult to find the words to describe how good the service was. Was given the wrong phone and right out of the box it started to have problems. It was literally costing me hundreds of dollars a day and there was no way to fix it. Took so long that I had to leave the store. But upon my return, I found out that Alexis had been working on my issues the entire time I was gone. In the end a solution was reached and a lot of time and money saved. All I can say is Choose your store wisely. They are not all the same, and this store clearly understands that and has raised the bar on service and customer needs.

The customer service has also been a major issue. I've experienced rude and unprofessional behavior when trying to get answers or resolve problems, and I often felt like my concerns weren't being taken seriously. Another issue was with my prescription. I only wears contacts, yet my prescription information was changed to glasses, which caused even more confusion and concern about whether my records were being kept accurately. After dealing with these issues for an entire year, I'm extremely frustrated. I would expect better organization, communication, and customer service, especially when it involves a persons medical records and prescriptions. I hope the office takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements.
