(Not sunglass hut…read moreglasses.,) it seems that the screw in the frame holding the lens in place came lose and the lens popped out of place. Keep in mind it was dark outside, and i needed my glasses to be able to drive. Then i remember there was Sunglass Hut in the shoppes area at walking distance, i said what do i lose in asking if they can help. I get there and two friendly staff members named Andrea and Alexandria both asked how they could help, and i explained the situation, they said, unfortunately, we can't work on prescription glasses, and i said, Can I? as in can i borrow a screw driver to tighten up my glasses, as i do need my glasses to drive my family back home, and the girl said, sure i can help with that. She let me borrow the tiny screw driver and i was all good to go! i had no plans on purchasing anything, but she did mention they had repair kits for sale, and i said! welp! i may never need it (again.) but because you were willing to help me i purchased one. Overall the girls were pretty nice and helpful, although i have never purchased anything before, or planned to buy from there, they were extremely helpful and i was very grateful for that. and for that they get 5 stars!

Walked in around 7 in the evening and was greeted by Verron who informed us that the only place that carries the new Ray Ban Meta Displays was Best Buy and you have to be fitted for it, you can't just walk in and buy a pair. In the meantime, we got to see the Oakley Meta's and the frames weren't as bad as I thought they would be. I was imagining the Oakley Meta Collab would be all face shields with chromatic iridescent lenses, but only one pair was like that and it wasn't in store. We started trying on different pairs of glasses to just to get a feel for what works and also what the latest styles were in frames. I was shocked at how many Ray Ban frames were literal throwbacks to the late 90's frames. We asked Verron what his picks were for stylish frames and he opened the vault door and lead us down to the super opulent V.I.P. show room. Well actually, he opened one of the mirrored walls, but it felt like we were having a V.I.P experience because he started opening random drawers and doors and pulling out different frames that were super stylish and that we had no idea about. We had the best time trying on frames with Verron and would DEFINITELY come back and seek him out for advice, but the store was closing so we had to end our fun hunt for the most fashionable glasses. If you're looking for something that fits you, go ask Verron to pull glasses for you and don't do it by yourself. You'll pick ugly glasses if you do.

She was bubbly, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was sad to hear that she worked all they way in Ontario, as we are in OC. Well, I guess they extended their refund/exchange policy for Christmas and were able to give me a refund for the regular sunglasses even though it was way past the 30 days! The employee scratched my lens while trying to fix it, didn't tell me, then ordered replacements that took three weeks to arrive -- and I only found out they arrived because I called. When I returned, the manager, Mariana, said she couldn't fix them because "the frame had warped from the sun" and told me I'd have to pay $50 under my protection plan. She was monotone, unapologetic, and offered no real solution. I went upstairs to the location where I actually bought them and spoke with Randy -- who immediately fixed my sunglasses at no charge and explained the frames were probably overheated during the earlier repair attempt. This is the third time Randy has helped me, and his service is always excellent. Don't get your sunglasses repaired downstairs!

This is a Christmas present so I went in store to this location to exchange them for the correct ones. The employee there told me that I cannot do an exchange if I got them online.. I could only start a return and I wouldn't even get the Manny until weeks when the Facility received the sunglasses. I, Just Why online. They said that I can walk into any store and exchange or return them. She replied by saying that's not right. That's not what they do and that she was doing that she could She was unable to start a return, and upon calling another store they informed me that I Can just walk into the store and make an exchange funny how an employee would rather lose a sale of over $500 then do their job, not coming back here again.
