I needed a one-time treatment for a rental property, and I especially appreciated that he accommodated my request without trying to push me into a recurring contract. Tony performed a very thorough treatment inside and around the house, addressing our primary concerns with water bugs, cockroaches, and paper wasps, as well as ants, spiders, earwigs, and crickets. He even opened the exterior sewer cleanout caps, found a few cockroaches inside, and treated those areas as well. His detailed report documented the perimeter, landscaping, eaves, baseboards, kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas that were treated. Tony also suggested that I contact the City because the cockroaches might be coming from the municipal sewer system. Based on his recommendation, I contacted the City of Plano, and they are now arranging to pressure-jet the public sewer line serving the street to remove debris and buildup that could be attracting the cockroaches. Although I was out of town and couldn't inspect everything personally, Tony's responsiveness, professionalism, clear documentation, attention to detail, and helpful recommendation gave me confidence that the property was well cared for. The one-time price was fair for such comprehensive service. I would gladly request Tony again and highly recommend him!
