I called the week prior and they said they had just received my package and they were going to ship it out the same day. I call today and they tell me my glasses are there and that they need my address to ship it even though I gave my shipping information prior. So now I'm just heading up there to pick it up myself. Can't tell if the staff is incompetent or just lazy. Why wouldn't you call me for over a week if my glasses are there??? Definitely the last time I'm coming here.

Elsa, the staff member who brought me to the back and did my initial testing, was also incredibly sweet and patient. I decided to get glasses during my visit and was assisted by Elle. While things started off well, I was disappointed when she wouldn't let me ask questions and told me to "let her finish" in a tone I found unnecessarily rude. If I were rating her alone, I'd give one star, but I wouldn't want that to take away from how great the rest of the team was. Hopefully, others don't have the same experience with Elle. Aside from that, the visit was excellent.
