I appreciated that as I could see they were not taking any risks. The staff was very patient and kind to my daughter who is pretty hyper. The doctors were also very patient and both doctors met with my kid because of her condition. I felt like they really cared and were genuinely good doctors who didn't rush us out the door. Also, we were not rushed or pressured to get all the add ons for the lenses. It was more of an option and they had exactly what insurance would cover and how much so I could make a decision. I looked at the reviews and was impressed by their experiences so I decided to make an appointment. Scheduling was very easy and I was able to get an appointment rather quickly. Jennifer the receptionist and tech was very friendly and knowledgeable she was able to answer all questions that I had. Dr. Douglas was awesome he was very detailed and explained everything to me, didn't feel rushed at all very professional and personable. I came to him with what I thought was a severe case of conjunctivitis with blurred vision, and he quickly diagnosed an injury to the epithelium of my eye. He gave me instructions on care and three days later, my eye feels amazing. I had also ran out of contacts and it wasn't an issue getting me an appointment later that week for a fitting. Quick and very understanding. It's clean. His front desk staff were courteous and very helpful in tracking down what my insurance covered and my deductible. They even called to confirm the appointment, and I made sure to provide my daughter's date of birth at that time. We showed up for the appointment only to be told they could not see her. This is incredibly unprofessional. If the doctors on staff aren't able to see pediatric patients, that's something that should have been addressed before we showed up--especially since I was transparent about her age.
