I went in for a dry eye exam and was told there were some options covered by insurance while others were not which is fine. The doctor was great and covered all issues thoroughly during the exam. However when I went out to reception to go through pricing, I stated twice I only wanted to go with options covered by insurance and she continued to push me towards paying for services out of pocket which were about $2,500. She said if I only went with options covered by insurance it wouldn't help me. She said well the options covered by insurance will only improve your condition by 20% so I said ok then why would I get both those prescriptions. So I opted to get a second opinion. I also went to get glasses a week prior and after hearing the $270 total after insurance I decided to look elsewhere and found better brand frames with the same features for only $140 at Premier Vision who took $175 off with my same insurance, this office only took $100 off as stated by a different employee. Premier Vision also gives you 20% off and $25 off if you follow their socials. Just feels like this office is trying to take your money instead of working with you. read more

Optometry exam and customer service was great! The selection of frames were very poor. The insurance allowance was very minimal. I was given a terrible Ray ban eyeglass frame that's bulky and uncomfortable. I also ordered a pair of computer eyeglasses. Total cost was well over $1,000. Overpriced. read more

From the moment I walked into Cypress Optique, I knew I was going to have a top notch experience. The environment felt luxurious and attention was given to every last detail...even the yellow contact cases and blue/gold Ghirardelli's chocolates to match the color scheme! I was offered wine, tea, coffee, and a cookie. After a long day of work, yes please! There were even snacks and drinks children can have in their own seating area. How thoughtful! I didn't mind one bit waiting for my appointment. Before I knew it, I was called back to get my measurements checked among other tests. I forgot my glasses and didn't remember the prescription for my contacts, but it wasn't a problem at all! I was able to avoid getting my eyes dilated (praise be!) because a high tech machine was able to do the job. Normally, I hesitate putting my chin and forehead against grimy machines, but all the equipment was immaculate! Meeting with Dr. Ferreira elevated my experience! She performed little tests and observations that a doctor has never done for me in the 28 years I've been wearing glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She listened to me and even asked questions that helped her get the perfect prescription for me. Typically, I feel rushed in an optical, but I felt comfortable to ask for clarification during her explanations. After meeting with Dr. Ferreira, I worked with a specialist that helped me find the perfect frames for me! I have a child-sized head, and glasses normally don't fit me well. At other opticals, there were limited options for small frames, but at Cypress Optique there were TONS! I had two trays full of frames at first that could be options. Coming down to my final choice was difficult. However, I knew that I wasn't just being pushed to buy any frame. They wanted me to not only look my best, but feel my best in the frames I chose. I just moved to Cypress Texas from Oregon and I needed to find a new eye care provider. I ended up going to Cypress Optique because of its location and the positive reviews. I couldnt be happier with this decision. The front desk staff was my first point of contact. They were friendly and easy to talk with, so this put me at ease. The office is in a beautiful and safe location and is beautiful and super clean inside. I have met with Dr. Celesta Ferreira 3 times now and everytime has been beyond plesent. Dr. Ferreira really knows what she is doing and her knowledge put me at ease. Dr. Ferreira took alot of time with me explaining everthing she was doing as well as the details of my specific need.
