Very disappointed with this office. Their website clearly states they offer pediatric care, and I…read morescheduled an appointment for my child accordingly. They even called to confirm the appointment, and I made sure to provide my daughter's date of birth at that time. We showed up for the appointment only to be told they could not see her. This is incredibly unprofessional. If the doctors on staff aren't able to see pediatric patients, that's something that should have been addressed before we showed up--especially since I was transparent about her age. A simple phone call to clarify would've saved us time and frustration. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable pediatric care.

Selecting the right glasses was also a breeze and the optician who helped me was very friendly but I have one complaint, and that is you all need to at least inform me when you are experiencing a delay or issue with my eyeglasses. I had to have someone on my behalf contact you all as I was unable to contact them myself. And please try to provide an estimated time in a timely manner because it has been over three weeks since I had placed my order... I really need my glasses soon. All I ask is for better communication between you all, the lab that makes the glasses, and me, the patient. Thank you. Edit-- I received an update on the glasses and it turned out that there was an issue with the anti glare coating not passing inspection, which is completely understandable. After all, they need to make sure everything is up to par. I'm glad they took that extra step to make sure my glasses would be not only up to my standards but up to theirs. And I'm pretty impressed by that attention to detail. Now I'm looking forward to getting my glasses!

Came here for an eye exam, since it has been a while and they're so conveniently located next to…read moreCostco where I would have the prescription filled. Last time I was here, it was shortly after businesses opened after Covid closures. I was required to wear a mask then, and obviously complied because every business and medical office was requiring them. Made getting an eye exam extremely difficult -- lenses during the exam kept getting fogged up, then wiped, then fogged up again until finally the doctor decided that I should probably take off my mask so I could actually SEE and complete the exam to get an accurate prescription. Well, that was then . . . And this is NOW. You are STILL required to wear a face mask here, even though the CDC no longer recommends them and every medical office I've been to in the last year has dropped that requirement. Not here, though -- if you don't wear a mask, you're not getting an eye exam. Even though I explained about my prior experience (the fogging, the wiping, the fogging again and the eventual removal of the mask), I was told that "we require you to wear a mask throughout the entire exam." See ya! Made an appointment with a different vision center so I can actually get my eyes checked without all the nonsense!

I went in for a dry eye exam and was told there were some options covered by insurance while others…read morewere not which is fine. The doctor was great and covered all issues thoroughly during the exam. However when I went out to reception to go through pricing, I stated twice I only wanted to go with options covered by insurance and she continued to push me towards paying for services out of pocket which were about $2,500. She said if I only went with options covered by insurance it wouldn't help me. She said well the options covered by insurance will only improve your condition by 20% so I said ok then why would I get both those prescriptions. So I opted to get a second opinion. I also went to get glasses a week prior and after hearing the $270 total after insurance I decided to look elsewhere and found better brand frames with the same features for only $140 at Premier Vision who took $175 off with my same insurance, this office only took $100 off as stated by a different employee. Premier Vision also gives you 20% off and $25 off if you follow their socials. Just feels like this office is trying to take your money instead of working with you.

First time in a very long time getting my eyes examined. I looked this location up on Yelp, and…read morethought it looked like a decent choice. Not sure what I was expecting, but I got a cold and impersonal treatment. I heard the workers talk about their glasses sales the day before, which doesn't leave a great impression when you are a customer sitting in there about to order glasses. Selection of glasses seemed unexciting. When I picked up my order a couple of weeks later, it was "here they are and here is your receipt." Not fitting adjustment, no cleaning wipes, spray, or towel. Just the glasses, case, and the receipt. I guess I was just expecting something more. Not a bad experience, but not great. I guess that I just expect more out of a service when I drop a few hundred dollars at a business.
