The manager/owner made it a point to come by and chat with us for at least five minutes, just about how we were doing, the soccer that we were watching on TV, etc. I really appreciated the friendliness exhibited here, which is not always the case at nail salons. The place needs some TLC. Overall things seemed clean, but for example the bench behind the pedicure chairs was dirty and very scratched up with loose screws. The ceiling has water stains and is sagging in places. I have to say though, they treated us nicely for being walk ins. Sometimes nail places let the difficultly of fitting people in last-minute show, but they were polite and accommodating. Pretty standard services offered, manis, pedis, etc. The pedicure I received was good, nothing special. Not rushed but not luxurious either. Quick, perfunctory massage and polish job. I liked the music they played. Pop and top hits. Easy listening. I also liked the gorgeous nature scenes video playing on one of the tvs.

I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. But when a place goes above and beyond, I love to leave reviews! And they did. Would definitely recommend.

We thought based on the reviews that we were sending her to a quality company. She's the kindest, most generous person you'll ever meet. She has four young children and works hard taking great care of them so we wanted to get her a gift where she for once was the one being pampered. That didn't happen! Because of her generous spirit, she used half of her gift certificate on her best friend and they went together on May 9th, 2026 to have pedicures done. They sat side by side and while our DIL received a very short (5-10 min) pedicure and a small fraction of what was supposed to be provided, her friend who sat right next to hers pedicure last nearly one hour which is what was paid for and she should've received. How horrible is that? When my wife called them to discuss - the owner was disinterested, at times rude and showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue or provide satisfactory service. In fact, she actually wanted her to purchase another pedicure and promised good service - WHAT? We DO NOT recommend that you use this company!!

My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue. They are pretty busy on the weekends so I would definitely recommend an appointment especially if you're with multiple people. They do accept walk-ins and have a pretty efficient check in system. They were up front about long wait times. Everything is super clean, they have TVs (no sound captions only) and low level chill music playing so you can still read or chat with a friend but aren't overhearing everyone else's conversations. I got the base pedicure and it was $40 (pre-tip) and lasted about 40 minutes. It was the best base level pedicure I've ever gotten. They were super busy but the technician didn't rush at all. He did a great job! The massage chairs were great and they adjust forward and back (hooray for the tall girlies!!!). Lots of options to upgrade if you're looking for a fancy spa like option.
