I've been a customer for about 10 years, currently I am buying 4 different items from this store... treats, canned pumpkin, chicken (bone) broth, and meal toppers for my dog. I stop in anywhere from two to four times every month to replenish my stock of each item...lately, over the course of the last 2 months, at least one of these items is out of stock for weeks at a time. When I ask about stocking issues (because I never used to experience this), they claim that the system automatically re-orders items as they are sold from the store, this is simply untrue based on frequent out of stock issues for days or weeks at a time.

Throughout the summer I have visited several more times to stock up on hay for my piggies as well as some fun new toys and treats for them. Not all pet stores cater to small pets and I have been pleased with their reliable stock of what I need most (lots of quality hay, at the same price as the big chain stores) along with some fun extras. My young kids have been with me on most visits and have been treated kindly in the store, and the staff has always been helpful, organized and efficient.
