I also found its prices, if you become a member, are very competitive and many lower than Amazon or anywhere else on on the web.

They were helpful and efficient over the phone and made a special order from their supplier for what I would need so that it would be ready when I arrived, not requiring me to pay in advance. Throughout the summer I have visited several more times to stock up on hay for my piggies as well as some fun new toys and treats for them. Not all pet stores cater to small pets and I have been pleased with their reliable stock of what I need most (lots of quality hay, at the same price as the big chain stores) along with some fun extras. My young kids have been with me on most visits and have been treated kindly in the store, and the staff has always been helpful, organized and efficient. A very big and clean store…read more Since getting a new hamster, I always never went to petco, but now I basically live in this one. It's nice and opened about 2 years ago. The town of guilford is the next town over from me and I travel back and forth to work and always pass this petco, so it's hard not to go in once a week. The employees are very helpful, and will do whatever they can to get you the item that you need, which includes calling other stores if they don't have the item in stock. This shows that they go out of their way for their customers which is amazing customer service. They always have a wide variety of different items and my favorite is buying "whimzee" chew toys for my little girl hamster. She loves them, so I get joy buying them for her. This store is very neat and also includes dog grooming and training. The facility itself is beautiful and the plaza is a nice variety of stores. I recommend this petco to anyone!!
