He greets them with a big hug every drop off!   I called and left a voice mail and received a call back less than  24 hours later!! Super easy!  My dog got an interview right away and he fit right in. He's a little meek and frightens a lil easy but had he no problems because the dogs are well behaved at Doggie Castle. The fees and hours are reasonable, which I love and appreciate. It's big, clean and has a big lot to park. Very happy customer!

I had called the day prior to make an appointment, but I don't think it's even necessary for just a nail trim. I'm not sure of the girl's name that did his nails, but she was excellent. Even though my dog was a HUGE BABY and screamed the whole time... she basically wrestled him and got it done. The whole process only took about 10 minutes and the price was more than reasonable. On multiple occasions, the staff was disorganized at pickup and drop-off, showing confusion over which leashes or collars belonged to which of our pets. There was also a lack of clarity regarding initial requests or requirements at the start of appointments, making the process unnecessarily stressful. The most significant issue is their avoidance of in-person confrontation and refusal to take accountability. When problems arose, staff consistently chose to hide behind text messages rather than addressing issues directly or professionally. They have a distinct pattern of blaming the customer for their own errors instead of simply owning the mistake and working toward a solution. Finally, they complained about one of my dogs being too loud and then expected immediate pickup upon notification, which is highly disruptive and unreasonable, demonstrating an unwillingness to manage standard behaviors expected in a busy grooming environment. If you value clear communication, organization, and a business that takes responsibility for its service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We have since moved our business to a different local groomer.

Our dog is now a senior…read more(she will be 15 on February 20, 2020) & we were told by our previous grooming that she needed to be groomed by someone that could handle senior dogs maybe even a grooming at a vet. The groomer at the vet didn't work at all. Our 1st appointment was more of a disaster then anything else & we kept looking & found Sue at Hair & Hound & she is just amazing. Piper is so happy she all groomed now & back to her happy doggie self. She had never gone that long between appointments & was miserable. We have booked our next appointment & look forward to seeing Sue again soon.
