This place is disgusting. Avoid them at all costs. We put in a deposit for a puppy and was guaranteed pickup for 5p.m. we areived for 1p.m after driving almost 6 hours to find out they sold it to another family. The staff is filled with airheads who have no rwmorse or sympathy for thwir careless actions. puppy dead by 7 months old!! *our beloved mini schnauzer died in my 8 year old daughters arms at only 7 months old. * puppy was sick and peeing blood since we brought him home from all pets club. i spend 10k on vet bills and surgery for a disease the puppy was born with! **disease was directly linked to overbreeding and irresponsible breeding. all puppies sold at all locations are puppy mill dogs ** proof documented in google review photos** *all pets club will not reimburse you for cost of puppy or vet bills/surgery related to illness dog was born with. i personally hand delivered veterinary bills and signed letter from veterinarian explaining cause of death. all pets club management told me in person they would reimburse me for a portion or all of the dog cost and/or vet bills. then avoided my calls and e-mails for months till i finally gave up trying to contact them. * all locations have sick puppy mill dogs, each litter is split up and shipped to multiple store locations. no store is safer or better than another location. ~ don't break your childrens heart or your bank account** be patient and do your research! read more

First time here. On my way to a dog rescue transport I stopped in to grab a leash. Was completely dismayed when I walked into a puppy display. Got curious so I wandered around a bit to find five large displays of puppies at the back of the store plus two random puppies hanging out in a play pen in an aisle. 88 dogs are on the transport i'm volunteering for today. 88 dogs that need homes. 88 dogs that All Pets Club could partner with for adoption. Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Unethical Practices by All Pets Club Branford Connecticut. I am writing to share this horrific story to prevent any future pet owners the heart break, financial and emotional toll my family and I experienced today. I am writing a complaint against All Pets Club Branford Connecticut due to their unprofessional conduct and unethical practices regarding a down payment made for a puppy that was subsequently sold to another family despite being guaranteed to me. I placed a deposit to hold a puppy at this pet shop. The staff assured me that as long as I arrived by 5 p.m. on November 25th, the puppy would be guaranteed for me and this was 100% verified with management per this staff member. Following this agreement, I made significant arrangements to pick up the puppy. On November 25th, after driving 6 hours, I arrived at 1 p.m.--well ahead of the agreed-upon deadline. However, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that the puppy had been sold to another family, despite my timely arrival and the previous assurances provided by the shop. The staff at the pet shop was unhelpful, unprofessional, and appeared completely unaware of the situation, providing no resolution or apology beyond a generic "sorry." The staff woman Darcy was terribly rude with no empathy at all. Our family had picked out our new baby girls name and many other staff members in there knew who we were an knew we put down that deposit yet did nothing to make this right. They lied to us saying they would call the family who took the dog home to possibly come to an agreement which we later discovered. They also refused to provide me with the contact information for the owner to resolve the issue directly. As a result, I endured a total of 12 hours of driving, lost a full day's pay, and incurred financial costs exceeding $2,000 in trial between my husband and I. Beyond the financial impact, I was emotionally devastated, feeling as though I had lost a family member, as the puppy was promised to me and guaranteed. This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will be contacting the BBB and consumer protection agency. After this emotional toll we incurred we hope for a formal apology from the owner of the pet shop. I have received no proper assistance from the staff, and the lack of accountability from the business is unacceptable. Dave was the only staff member who actually tried to help and took our name down to possibly call us back if he gets any feedback from the owner Jerry. I hope the Better Business Bureau can assist in resolving this matter and ensure that no other customers experience such poor treatment from All Pets Club Branford Connecticut. Cares for its animals and its obvious. Been coming three years now. The guinea pigs are kept in a huge open area. They answer questions you have. The animals Ive seen are in big areas not in tiny cages. As a small animal lover, this meant a lot. You dont usually see this in other pet stores. Love it here :) My old review from 2020: 5.0 star rating5/9/2020 I have never been there before but we wanted a guinea pig. The staff was knowledgeable and nice. We went back 2 days later for another and the brunette was so extremely helpful and honest, telling me things I should know about our new pets. What they like, and what not to buy these particular ones. Thank you!!!! Understandably, the google reviews are much higher, which is relatively sketchy to me, so I'm going to post this here as well. Came here with my fiancee to start up a fish tank, we've been wanting fish for years and finally decided to pull the plug. When we went in the first day, the fish looked fine and lively, so we bought a few neon tetras, a pleco, and a betta. We followed all directions, got the tank running, acclimated the fish and the water, pH was fine, temps were fine, added the proper nutrients etc etc. and within 2 days every single fish died. At this point, I'm figuring, okay I'm doing something wrong, did my research, tracked every move I made to setting up the tank and went back the next day (day 2) on this day, we went in and I told them about what had happened to the fish, and I'm not even joking when i had received the question "do you have the fish" as in, do I have the fish for them to examine/the water to do a chem test to check the pH, no, I dont have my dead fish in my wallet. And in most tanks contained basically 40% dead fish. So now, I'm starting to think that this isn't my fault, nonetheless, i decided to pick up 6 red eyed Tetras, did the same usual routine of making sure the water is good, temperature is good, floating the fish for the required amount of time and drip acclimating the fish. The first few hours were great, they were swimming, eating, chasing eachother around and enjoying their new home. Two hours later theyre all dead. The only fish that remains is the Betta fish which we have living in a glass vase. Low and behold, the cause of death was something called New Tank Syndrome or NTS. The salesperson/caretaker of the fish assured us that if we added certain additives to the water that it would be safe to use and the fish could be added immediately to the tank after a certain amount of time of the chemicals settling in. BUT, with a new tank, there needs to be a certain amount of time that the water needs in order to settle and for the chemicals added to remove chlorine and other chemicals that are in tapwater. Without this absolutely VITAL information to a new tank owner, all of my fish are now dead, and I can't even get a refund or any sort of reconciliation in order to successfully have fish, I guess I'll just hang out with my moss ball and my tap water, unless your products can successfully kill water and moss balls too read more

This place should be ashamed of themselves. To start, The dogs for sale are ridiculously overpriced and clearly from puppy mills (the store is transparent that the dogs are from Kansas City). Some of the dogs are way too big to be kept in small rooms behind glass doors and it's a very sad sight to see...teetering on animal Abuse. Store is generally dirty and all products are overpriced....All Pets Club is a perfect example of why people buy stuff on Amazon, because it's cheaper!! read more

I have nothing but good things to say about the All Pet's Club store in Branford. I purchased my English Bull Dog there about 8 years ago, and she has been wonderful, and very healthy. My Vet says she's one of the most healthiest Bull dogs' he's ever seen. I go there all the time and NEVER have any problems. Those that do, I don't know what to say... It just goes to prove that you can't please everyone all of the time, there will always be some unhappy people. I find the staff to be knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is very clean and has a great selection of pet foods and supplies. Those that are not happy should just go somewhere else, because All Pet's Club is fine in my book read more

A little over a week ago I got a 4 month old puppy from here. She appeared to be healthy at first glance, but when we got her home she was not eating and she was very skinny. We took her to the vet for her check up and she is severely underweight, has kennel cough, tape worm and Giardia. Her fur was all matted. Be ware... at least of the aquatics. I used to love this place, but recent events have made me pause going to the aquatics section. Firstly, in the Wallingford location the staff covering saltwater is by and large kids who seem to still be in high school. Not generally an issue but they seem to know nothing about the fish. I went in a couple months back looking for a 6 line wrasse. They said they had gotten a shipment but he didn't think they had one. I actually found it after he said the computer told him there was one. The fish was barely moving and only did when he made an attempt to grab it. he asked if I wanted it, I said no. The next and LAST thing I super disappointed in is their supposed RODI water. They either don't have an actual RODI system or they haven't changed the filters in a while. I was trying to wrap my head around why my reef tanks nitrates have been rising to ridiculous levels. There's no overfeeding happening and I thought maybe it was the corral food. After stopping that and doing a partial water change they're still through the roof. After speaking with a trusted online retailer of reefing gear in the midwest, they suggest a 50% water change and said the only thing beside overfeeding that would cause the nitrate to be that high would be water. I recently switched to another local fish only store for RODI water. I tested what was in my reservoir which has since been diluted with REAL RODI water from a saltwater fish store locally and there's 1PPM of nitrates still in my ATO tank. They may be good for other stuff, but I won't be buying any livestock or water from them going forward. Their prices are also higher, even with the all pets membership. read more

I have only had very positive experiences with this pet store - much has to do with the manager, Mark, who has returned after a few years away. Also, the assistant manager or supervisor is very nice as well as the staff. I've been coming to the store for well over 10 years and Mark has always addressed any minor problem or issue, is always in a good mood, and is the reason why we go here versus any other pet store to address in the past our reptile needs, presently our dog and our fish needs. I also found its prices, if you become a member, are very competitive and many lower than Amazon or anywhere else on on the web. read more

My friend's kids wanted to go here while we killed some time. First of all, I was stunned to see dogs and cats actually being sold in a pet store. That's been illegal for years where I'm from. Anyway, it was an educational experience for the kids... They don't allow you to take pictures of the dogs and get very uncomfortable if you look too closely at the breeder information. I looked a couple up while we were there and surprise, surprise....notorious puppy mills with multiple violations. ALL puppies sold in pets stores are from puppy mills. No "responsible breeder" is going to ship their puppies off to a store to be given to anyone willing to pay THOUSANDS of dollars without a home inspection, interview with a vet they have a relationship with, proof of home ownership or a lease permitting a dog, meet and greet with all family members, etc. These dogs are many hundreds to thousands of dollars and they offer financing. So that $3500 dog can end up being a whole lot more. Not to mention the cost to get them spayed/neutered and if they end up needing an expensive surgery to fix the bred in breathing issues many of them have or they get sick which is common in dogs from puppy mills. So yeah...it's a big place. Seems to have a good variety of items and animals, but clearly by the very fact that they still sell animals from mills they are in it for the money and not the love of animals. read more

I went in Wednesday to buy a a lop rabbit. When me and my girlfriend found the only lop rabbit available the cuck manager or supervisor told the guy who was going to let us hold the rabbit not to let us pick it up or buy him because it was brand new and needed a couple of days to adjust to its glass cage. We came in friday to buy the rabbit hoping that two days was enough time only to find out that it was sold a day prior. If that was going to be the case why couldnt we just purchase the rabbit the day we wanted to?? The fact that the rabbit was given not even an entire day to adjust before being sold is baffling to me. Not cool!!! read more

(Fair warning that I go into detail about poop in this review. :)) Do not take home a small animal from this store. We are longtime rabbit owners, and came to All Pets Club to take home another. We found an absolutely wonderful little guy, but we were struck by how small he was. They said he was between eight and ten weeks old, but he was much to small to be that age in our experience. Some pet stores will wean and sell rabbits too early, while they are at their most cute. Seeing some unsettlingly inexperienced owners thinking about taking him home ("So we'll just keep his cage outside?"), we happily adopted him. We took him home and noticed that he was not like a healthy bunny. His nose barely wiggled, he did not look around or explore or hop. He had some mild diarrhea, which if it gets serious, can kill a rabbit. Thankfully we knew what to look for and how to treat it, and we were able over time to get him to be a little more energetic, healthy, and curious. Abruptly, one morning less than three weeks after we took him home, we woke up to find him in a puddle of his own diarrhea. We rushed him to the animal hospital, but by the time we got there it was too late. He died. We had not fed him any treats or new foods. He had just returned from a check up at the vet. He had no access to anything that would make him sick. We think this rabbit was unwell from the moment we picked him up. A healthy bunny has frequent, dry poops. It is curious and energetic. Your healthy bunny is an animal, not a toy, and as such he or she will run around and probably run away from you. If you have a low energy rabbit who stares at the wall, has messy poops, and who is content to sit on you without getting up to explore, something is probably wrong. We always suspected that our rabbit was weaned too early, was handled too often, and was sick from the beginning. We are heartbroken. Do not take home a small animal from this store. read more

Bought both of my puppies there spending over 4,000.00 puppies have been sick since we got them with parasites and kennel cough . They love pig ears so I usually drive a hour out my way to Branford to get some as where I'm located they don't sell them . Yesterday I go in grab a bag come home the puppies are excited !!! Only to look and see worms in the pig ears .... these are packaged by the store so why is it ok for customers to buy these ? Called the store some teeny bopped answers ask me if I want to bring em back DAMN RIGHT . But I also want to speak to the manager . He gets on phone telling em he'll give me my money back for them and give me some more pig ears ..: absolutely not if one bag is infected why the hell would I want another but I now know why 90% of your dogs ( as confirmed by YOUR own recommended vet ) are sick when they are bought . Came in with my family and ended up falling head over heals for an adorable Australian shepherd. The staff was so friendly and very informative. At first we were skeptical to get a puppy from a pet store, till I decided to call the breeder myself. We talked for about 30 minutes, about their dogs, my puppies parents, how they run their kennel, I even got pictures. Truly a mind changing conversation. My Bailey is such an amazing puppy, she has one of the sweetest dispositions. We are going to have her trained to be an service dog. An alright (if a bit pricey unless you're a club member) store for pet supplies, but not a good business to support if you're an animal lover. I used to shop here for cat supplies (namely holistic cat food that is difficult to find elsewhere) but ceased due to their unethical practices. I've seen young children be allowed to handle the chinchillas -a BIG no, chinchillas are very anxious animals that will get very stressed by rough, loud handling! I've seen sickly pups and heard awful stories by customers and employees alike about the health of their pooches, which- you guessed it- come from puppy mills. I can't fathom why a pet store owner would buy pups from puppy mills unless they don't care about animals and are only in the business for the $$$. The fish/coral are clearly unhealthy and under stress, you can tell by their coloring and behavior. There are other places in the area that sell beautiful, colorful coral for a heck of a lot less than APC. As of lately, they sell kittens too... A little suspect, since they are specific cat breeds and no reputable cat breeder would sell their litter through a retail store. Anyone want to guess where the kittens came from? TL;DR: Don't support retail stores that sell kittens and puppies, don't support puppy/ kitten mills. read more

As well as one eating the plastic shredding they have for the puppies. A lady came up to me and said they eat the feces because they think it's wet food?.... they should have someone cleaning up the feces and tending to the dogs at all times. These dogs need to not be so confined with so many other puppies.. they should be in there cleaning up the feces at all times. Don't bullshit me. Everyone knows how bad pet stores are. It took our family a long time to make a final decision on purchasing a French Bulldog puppy. We visited local breeders in their homes and either didn't make a connection with their puppies, a couple of times the puppy we were visiting appeared sick/too thin or the breeder changed the price once we arrived. Finally, on a whim, we decided to stop into the All Pets Club in Branford. We visited with a French Bulldog that appeared to be very happy, healthy and affectionate. We decided to research the dog breeder and also spoke with her over the phone before making a final decision to adopt him (we're against puppy mills, of course). I have to admit, I had reservations about buying a puppy from a retail store but I feel we made the right decision especially after we spoke with the dog breeder. All Pets Club has a veterinarian that visits once a week to check the health of the puppies and administer any required vaccinations. We took our puppy to our veterinarian 2 days after adoption and he said we had a very healthy puppy. Our vet filled out the "Veterinarian Visit" form and we faxed it to the store to validate our health guarantee. I feel bad for others that did not have a good experience here, but we had a very positive one. Other reviewers mentioned a strong smell once entering the store...but we didn't experience this...I mean, it's a store with a bunch of puppies and other animals...so, yeah...you're nose is gonna sniff out the presence of critters. Trust me, we've visited what I would now classify as "backyard breeders" and the strong odor within those houses would knock your dog-gone socks off...I actually washed my clothes after we left those places 'cause I was afraid the stench stuck to me! I would also like to mention that their dog food prices are very competitive, even compared to online stores. The APC staff is friendly and helpful...even after we took our puppy home, I called with a few questions and they were happy to help. We had our previous French Bulldog for almost 13 years and we love animals...for us, visiting this store has given us the opportunity to welcome a new puppy into our family that we'll love and cherish. read more

I purchased two baby bearded dragons from All Pets Club. I'm an experienced owner of these animals and had the proper setup and diet for them at home. However, the day after I brought them home, they stopped eating. One became unresponsive and paralyzed. The other I'm trying to keep alive by dropper-feeding it baby food. The babies at APC are sold too young, and they can't handle the transition. A manager was supposed to call me back, but I have not heard from them. Horrible customer service and sick animals. Please seek your reptiles elsewhere. Safari Stans in New Haven is excellent, and sells big healthy babies. read more

I am giving two stars ONLY because of their very big selection of pet products. This store sells puppies, small rodents, birds, reptiles, and fish. When it first opened (maybe 5 yrs ago?) it was clean, bright and GIGANTIC compared to any other pet store I had ever visited! After about a year the store started to change. Odors started to creep up on you while going through the different pet areas, rodent cages were dirty, fish tanks started looking cloudy and the birds didn't look very healthy in the nursery area. Now several years later, there is a VERY noticeable, foul odor when you enter the store of urine and "pet odors". Their selection of animals are looking less cared for and very sad in their cages and aquariums. I do believe that these people probably do buy their puppies from mills and I will not support that. I will say the puppy rooms are very clean, spacious and they provide a lot of toys to play with. They also put down blankets and while here at least, they seem to be happy. They do not overcrowd the puppies and keep similar sized breeds together so no bullying is going on, which is nice to see. They're prices are just astronomical compared to other pet stores! I mean like substantially more expensive! Just awful, but hey someones got to keep paying for all of their overhead in this giant building right? read more

I never, ever, ever meant to buy a puppy, and definitely not a pet store dog. We already have 2 dogs, and made a split second decision that, at times, I wished I could take back. This puppy seemed cuddly and calm. He was actually morbidly ill. Days of diarrhea at home. I am wondering if I grabbed the wrong dry food from what was recommended at the time of purchase. You are forced to buy a collar, leash, vitamin water drops...but you can't tell me which food? Repeat calls to the store got us placed on long holds. No one could tell me SPECIFICALLY which food he was on in the store. "Any wet food will be fine". Um, no. Finally he is wheezing. Avoiding food at all costs. Sleeping WAY too much. Bring puppy to the vet with a sample of his bloody stool (day 7 I want to say). He was diagnosed with Giardia which is a GI parasite - highly contagious. Also an upper respiratory infection. I could have made my other animals sick, too. One is elderly and fragile. People can catch giardia too, and it isn't pretty. There is no given medical history just a list of medications. Had I been an informed consumer intending to purchase a pet shop dog, I would have researched these meds and what they are given for. This puppy had been on just under 10 different antibiotics in his very short (12 week) life. The one thing I'm glad I did was look up the breeder and call her, I did get a good feeling from the conversation. I am absolutely in love with my dog but so incredibly upset about what his early days and weeks of life was like in our family. Days he should have spent being a prince, chasing the cat, playing with toys and kids, he spent very, very sick. I had to give him several messy medicines (powder, paste in a tube, crush pills) to get him healthy again. Problem is that all of this needed to be hidden in food. He refused to eat. He was wasting away. It was so hard to see. I wish I could plaster a picture of how sick he was on the front door of APC so consumers can be aware of what they are getting into. Its not cute and cuddly puppy time, its diarrhea all over your house and diarrhea all over your sick tiny puppydog, blood on the bedding, washing diarrhea out of their paws, trying to keep the puppy from eating his own infected diarrhea the second it comes out of him, staying awake at night listening to your pet breathe his heavy, wheezy breaths to make sure he is still alive, afraid to sleep, afraid to leave the house, no playing with kids, no contact with other animals. The vet faxed over the bills to APC. State of CT says we must be reimbursed for the medical care. Of course, no communication from APC. Will follow up. If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more

I went to the store yesterday, July 18th with two boys (6 and 7). I am trying to teach them that animals are yes cute and cuddly but a HUGE responsibility. So to get their puppy fix I took them to the Branford store. When we walked in the smell of animals hit you strong, we ignored it because they were so excited. I stood at the courtesy desk for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. I finally found someone walking and asked if we could go into the kitten area and to pet dogs. He said there is a 2 dog limit per visit and that we could go in the kitten area but couldn't touch one kitten since it was already adopted. I asked him why and he said "because if the owner comes in to get it they may get upset", I told him that was the MOST ridiculous thing I have ever heard and if the kitten is with the other adoptable kittens we would pet it if we wanted to. There is no reason to avoid an animal that is feigning for attention and what owner would get mad someone is loving on their pet??? So we pet the sold kitten (it was the most attention seeking of the three). One kitten was so scared it shook the whole time and its head looked unreasonable small. Next we look at all the other creatures, birds, reptiles, small animals, fish.... Some of the birds were not in cages but open air cases, do they not fly? Next we went to the puppy area. The dogs were separated by size and the cages were not the cleaned but to the defense of the person cleaning them, he was working on it. The same person that I had to approach in the beginning of our visit was sitting in a small area and when we asked to see the puppies, basically ignored me. So I went to another person with the same lime green shirt if we could have a play area with the puppies. He brought me to the rude person and he finally helped us. We had our first dog, Duke the Great Dane, sweet baby but not very playful. The boys then requested a small little fluffy thing, no clue the name or kind of dog. We were told we had to sit on the floor to hold it. The boys loved this one but like with anything got over it pretty quick. THERE WAS NO ONE TO BE FOUND TO COME TAKE THE PUPPY back. So I picked it up and walked around the store with it until I got the attention of the person cleaning to dog cages. All I have to say is that we were so excited to go here and left saying we will never go back mainly due to the TERRIBLE customer service. read more

I am writing this review strictly from the point of view of a cat owner.. While All Pets Club has a mediocre selection of cat food, it is all organic and of the utmost quality. The toys there are fairly expensive compared to Wal-Mart or any large national retailer. One great thing that All Pets Club does is partner with the Branford Compassion Club, which is the rescue foundation for stray/abused/unwanted cats in Branford. read more

My husband went to put the money down for the bunny to hold for our youngest daughter birthday present. We were told that the bunny could not be taken home just yet come back in two days for pick up. My daughter started crying we lost money because we brought the cage and food for the new pet. And now I can't return the items I brought. The manger could only promise that when bunnies do come In we will get first pick. But they guaranteed hold for the first bunny that was paid for that they sold on us. How can the place keep a promise of other bunnies. Very very disappointed. Not to add the other animals such as the sugar glider had flys all in it cage when you walked by it flys were eating at the poor animal I was so upset to see how the care was to the other animals in the establishment. No communication no customer service and animals need more care and attention. I will not be going back here again. And I hope this place can get things resolved very soon. read more

Bought a fish based upon the-recommendation of the fish expert. The fish was a $20plus dollar fish. First one died in less than 24 hours and fish manager tested water and found nothing wrong with fish but said Ph was a little high for fish. Store manager was nice enough to replace. Replacement fish died within 12 hours and had the water tested again which was perfect. This time another fish manager told me Ph was a little low. So was told 2 different things from 2 different people. Manager this time would not replace. I was told by fish manager the species was a new delivery and the store manager told me they have been there for awhile so obviously someone isn't telling the truth. Just an overall bad experience and will no longer buy any of my animal supplies there especially with PETCO nearby and shopping online. read more

My Testimony: I am a proud owner of a red nose pitbull, a saltwater tank full of fish and two hamsters. All Pets Club has an amazing program for certain bags of dog food and of course I feed my dog Nutrisource. As just casually picking up my food, I was approached by smiling, energetic gentleman who I ended up sparking an intelligent, moving conversation of overall owning an animal, laws regulations, and business as a whole. I learned towards the end of the conversation I am now speaking with the owner of the branch. Completely struck meeting the owner and amazed at his knowledge and love for animals was just oozing out of him. Unfortunately, All Pets Club does not get enough credit for over the top service. Yes, every business will have negative aspects but in most retail situations it comes down to how the customer was treated. While I was just going in for a normal stop, I walked out as a Lifetime Membership at All Pets Club (well over 100 dollars). All thanks to the owner. His message was to pay it forward for those who are passionate owners. The owner needs to recognized for his outstanding gift of gratitude and his golden heart for the passion of owning pets. Seeing all the pups and kitties is great. This place has supplies, but NOBODY here treats animals properly or knows what their doing. In fact, I was informed if animals don't get sold they'll get sent somewhere, maybe to a shelter maybe somewhere else. They do not know or care. This store needs to be shut down. Not only do they get their dogs from puppy mills but customer service is HORRIBLE. I never shop at All Pets Club but today I stopped by to grab wet food for my dog because I ran out. I walked by a room and I saw this poor small white dog that was breathing funny and could barely stand up without falling down. Greatly concerned, I was very upset, so I brought my concerns to the attention of another customer who agreed with me that the dog didn't seem right. We asked an employee if this dog was okay and he did not seem to care about this animal. He said "it just has a cold right now so we're monitoring it." This dog definitely did not have a cold, it clearly needed to see a vet. After that, an employee asked me if I needed help finding anything, so I asked her where the dog food is that I feed my dog. This employee clearly didn't agree with my choice of pet food and asked me "why are you feeding your dog this? Is it a prescription?" Why is this her business anyway??? The food that I was inquiring about was recommended by my veterinarian!! She then showed me another can of wet food and I kindly said no thank you and also because my dog is picky. Her response back, "who is picky? Your dog or your boyfriend?!" I will NEVER step foot in that store again unless it's to talk to a manager read more
