Today's craft, the fancy rainbow corn!

I love this place! They have craft projects for kids every Saturday and it's free for all until 3 pm, employees are awesome and there are tons of toys open for kids to play with, and no one complains about the mess kids cause or anything (within reason of course but you know kids lol) It's a heaven for kids and parents alike, I love this place and will keep coming back.

Great selection for grade school teachers. Not much for middle school or high school teachers. The staff is very helpful.

ESIO - Your Trading Card Game HQ…read more My friend Louis has been introducing me to the world of trading card games -- specifically Sorcery, which is surprisingly deep and addicting. This whole TCG (trading card game) culture is huge -- there are cards out there worth everything from less than a dollar to literal millions, and there's a passionate community trading, playing, and competing worldwide. Enter ESIO. This store has everything you need to dive headfirst into this rabbit hole -- card boxes, sleeves, roll-up playmats, specialty dice, and more. I came in looking for a card box to hold my first set of Sorcery cards and walked out with exactly what I needed. The selection was solid, the checkout was smooth (Apple Pay ), and they even had free dice at the counter -- nice touch. The staff was super helpful and clearly know their stuff. You can tell they're into the games and happy to get new players started. I also like that they have the more advanced accessories (premium dice, playmats, etc.) for when I decide to level up my setup. If you're into TCGs -- Sorcery, Magic, Pokémon, you name it -- or if you're just curious and looking to start, ESIO is the perfect place to get your gear and connect with people who share the same passion. I'm excited to keep building my collection and my skills -- and this is definitely where I'll come back for supplies.

Walking into the store, there were boxes all over the place and ladders and equipment littering a lot of the aisles, so it was almost impossible to move through with a stroller without running into a ladder or boxes. The few staff that were around looked pretty aloof or distracted and overall disinterested in helping you locate anything. Also, for some reason, the bathrooms were locked so I sought out an employee who told me they were having plumbing issues (also not a great look) , so I was sent scurrying out of the store to find the nearest bathroom where my toddler could potty before there was an accident. All of this I could probably overlook if they at least had the type of gem stickers I was looking for, but sadly their selection in the scrapbook selection was pretty weak. It's been years since I last visited a Michaels location but I don't remember the service and overall store quality being so poor. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Due to the poor customer service at this location, I will no longer be shopping at Michaels…read more I called to check the availability of an item, as the website is often inaccurate regarding in-store pickup inventory (which has been an ongoing issue). From the moment my call was answered, the associate had an unfriendly tone before I even spoke. When I asked if someone could check on an item, I was placed on hold and told it would be "one minute." That "one minute" turned into over 30 minutes on hold. I likely would have been waiting even longer had I not hung up and called back. A 30+ minute hold time for a simple inventory check is unacceptable. Even if the associate was busy, a quick update or transferring the call to another team member would have been the professional approach. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a lack of basic customer service standards, and as a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was overwhelmed by the crowd, store location and its lack of parking. I walked away from the experience feeling underwhelmed without my desired oil (Egyptian musk). It is considered a specialty oil and I was not willing to pay $75. It seemed overpriced. On a positive note, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was looking for oils to layer with my perfumes. Khan El Khalili seems to have a large selection of perfumes and oils. But I will continue to use my local vendors for my oil purchases.

Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock but I'm roughly 45mins away from this shop so I was leaving with something. As always I was greeted when I came in, got my smells on and decided on riqqa. This smell is so warm and rich without being overpowering. It also lasts ALL day as I'm writing this from my bed and can still smell it on my skin. Perfect for the winter and ideal for layering with my EOS strawberry dream or vanilla cashmere lotion. I'm tammat edible, ok ! When I got to the front the cashier offered 10% off if you were willing to sign up for text alerts and in this economy I'm did just that. My bottler was $30 but came down to $29 and change after taxes and such. For a bottle that size with the staying power it has I would say it's worth it. I'll definitely be back, with friends.
