Also ordered was a chili dog for my friend and tour guide and a plain, no bun dog for my friends dog, which there was no charge for! My friend and his dog gobbled theirs right down! Me, I was trying to get my phone to work so I could take pictures. No luck with that . Anyway, I would call my Chicago dog exceptional with just a few things needing to be done. 1. Toast that bun! It keeps it from getting soggy. Mine totally fell apart with the first bite. 2. It was on a regular bun not poppy seed. Maybe that's why it was called a Windy City dog 3. Anyway, he does a pretty tasty version of a Chicago-style hot dog. all the expected trimming: poppy seed bun, steamed Vienna dog, weird green relish, diced onions, sport peppers, kosher pickle spear, slices of tomato, moostard, and, yes, a sprinkle of the magical celery salt. no fries, because its just a cart, but you can get some chips and sodas/water. also, you are not limited to just a Chicago-style dog. Chili dogs are also on the menu, and some other various versions. I don't recommend trying to eat a Chicago-style dog while driving. you may get through without injury, but you will wear some of the relish before it's all said and done. Solid three stars!
